How does one improve their mindset in order to push themselves

How does one improve their mindset in order to push themselves when they are at their limit?

I recently joined a boxing gym but I keep flatlining on all the warm up drills.

Can only skip for like 1-1.5 mins straight. Then I can keep going but I'll fuck up alot.
>plyometrics close grip/MEd grip and far grip pushups
Will start off strong but after about 10 I'm gassed out and will only be able to do increments of 4 straight after the first 10
>Squats
After about 50 bodyweight squats my thighs and glutes are burning.
>knee tucks
Same thing start off strong but like 20 seconds in I'm taking breaks and can't keep on going consecutively

After my workout I'm tired but the next day I have no soreness whatsoever.
The classes are about 1hr and after the class I'm soaked in sweat/ heart rate is through the roof.

I'm currently a fatty that's trying to lose weight and its pretty demotivating man.

Not as sad as I would be if I were fat. Honestly I'm not sad at all. Hateful and angry, but not sad. There's nothing in life I want that I couldn't have. I just hate knowing there are people out there who are happy.
