Seems cool, how is it versus greyskull?

interested in this. the stalls are getting annoying on GSLP, plus I'm getting bored of it (7 months lifting, would like to switch things up a bit) and I'd like to move to something else, but I'm not intermediate by any stretch of the imagination and I think I still have some LP left in me.

The stall protocol is what got me interested in it. Plus I get to do high rep work.
You guys realize these are basic elements of novice-intermediate programming, right?

in concept I guess it seems okay, but I am unsure about the stall mechanic, 10 singles? I mean your getting reps in but it seems like thats something you wouldn't necessary use for the target audience (novice lifters).
3 sets of 5, then maybe 5 sets of 3 when stalling, I could see that. But going all the way down to singles seems unnecessary for the target audience.
Also im confused by the last step. After you do 10x1 you find your new 5RM then take 85% of that and go back to 5 sets of 3?...why?
Let's say your new max is 225 for 5reps. So 85% of t hat is 190, so your doing 5 sets of 3 with 190 when you can do 5 reps @ 225. I guess it means you can stay longer on the stall , but it seems again needlessly long.
Foundations are okay, but i'd rather it do 3x5 when you fail, do 5x3, when you fail, maybe 6x2 or i'd rather you find your new 5RM.
I like the rest of it, I think most people can benefit from working in higher rep ranges for a bit more volume as a novice. Although the GZCL targeted at intermediates I don't think is enough volume.
