How long someone who stopped lifting can hope to profit from muscle memory when he gets back to it?
I've lost all my gainz due to some stomach problems and didn't do shit for a very long time. Now my motivation is back but I want to know if muscle memory will be helping this time.

How do you measure muscle memory and how can anyone possibly know all the information about your body to calculate whatever the fuck you're talking about
If you're consistent and have a good diet you'll get your gainz with or without muscle memory
OP I stopped lifting for 6 months and I kept some good habits like a healthy diet, reduced alcohol intake, etc...that leaded to a good recovery of muscular mass.

afaik alcohol decreases your testosterone for a few hours after you're done drinking. It also naturally dehydrates you, which causes hang overs and whatnot.
If you've done it once, no problem at all. A single drop or spike in testosterone will do jackshit for your gains. The easiest proof of that is anabolic steroids based on testosterone, such as durateston, which are all long-term cycles and you don't notice a difference untill week 3 or 4.
Anyone who says otherwise is shitposting or isn't really knowdgeable on the subject. Pretty sure you can find studies about it if you're looking for them.
