Already cut before and Id always get back onto my diet. It freaking sucks because I have 7 to 8 meals a day and im eating like a monster with scoliosis(you can notice it on the picture, one shoulder is lower than the other) and a gyno on my right pec. Im 23 now and I will only look good in minimum 3 to 4 years. Thank you mom for feeding me bullshit and not allowing me to go to a gym when I was younger. Thank you for constantly lying to me and telling me that my body is "okay" and that women should be on their knees. Fuck you.

I'm turning 30 this year and I legit have the same beard I did during puberty. I've done FOUR steroid cycles since as 22 and that hasn't changed it. I've tried minoxidil but I get bad sides from it. Am I lacking some mineral or vitamin or something?

What works for beard development?

BTW, of Anglo descent. I fear it may just be genetic but I'm willing to try a hail mary.

So basically depending on how poor you are you'll be eating lots of rice and beans and oats and eggs, and not very much chicken but still a bit.

I did my first cycle of steroids a couple of months ago just with dbol. I did 20mg a day for 15 days. I put on a lot of mass and my max bench went from 245 to 265, max squat from 315 to 335 and OHP from 145 to 175. I got into a bar fight on it, it didn't effect my grades and it made me always want to fuck. D-bol is some serious shit man and it sure makes you mad as fuck. So take it easy on it and remember that you're on it. Alcohol+d-bol=trouble. I almost got into a lot of trouble on that shit. I'm 175 pounds 5'8.

also where are you supposed to do different things? pic related green is a rainbow weight and the smaller one is black weights. what is the purpose of the rainbow weights and when are we supposed to use them?

the rainbow weights in my gym are all put over next to the squat rack place. i don't know if it's actually a squat rack but that's where the only barbell mirror is.

"squat rack" has black weights and is on a weird raised platform thing that looks like the same material as a basketball court. and next to it there's another platform to stand on that looks like a basketball court, and on that there are rainbow weights. and it seems like most of the time the rainbow weight platform has like a shin-height long thing so you can put the barbell on it for some reason? does this make sense?

also where are you supposed to do deadlifts? and i guess where is the proper place to do squats, and hip thrusts?

weight is weight. colored ones are just prettier and easier to distinguish between and are used in oly lifting. red = 25, blue = 20, yellow = 15, green = 10, white = 5. same shit for smaller ones but divide it by 10

that basketball court platform is usually for oly lifts

I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. Usually hit about 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of abs, and then an hour on whatever muscle group I'm hitting for the day. My gains look good for the most part but for the life of me I can't get a toned core. Literally the only non-aesthetic part of my body is the space below my belly button and it's driving me crazy. Is this a diet thing? A lifestyle thing? Should I be focusing more on core & cardio during my gym sesh?
