>tfw gyno

This pubertal gyno hasn't fixed itself and I'm 23. I've had crippling confidence issues because of this, but I don't earn enough to get surgery. How do I deal with this /fit/?

Has anyone here struggled with this too? Please tell me there's a way out.

Summer is my least favorite season of the year when it should be my favourite because of this. I work out but can't show my gains without deeply assessing my wardrobe, and often wearing thicker layers than are comfortable.

I'm so sick of it. I've had it for 10 years now.

What do?

Sitting around 21% right now so I don't disagree. I've cut to 13% though and it's still been a problem, so I know that's not the primary issue.

>Controversial
It wouldn't be if fatties weren't so dumb about nutrition, gullible to "lose weight quick schemes" and insecure about bettering themselves and their diet
Nutrition is very objective and it is a science
For weight loss, it is as simple as calories in calories out
But being healthy takes it deeper
Taking in calories at a healthy macro nutrient level, getting proper micro nutrients, drinking a gallon of water a day over the course of the day and not in one sitting, getting fiber throughout the day through meals
That's it not secret to it

He's a half-crackpot. Bad arguments for things of which a few are probably correct. He's a journalist and not a scientist. I think he's like a detective investigating the history and motivations for why people support certain ideas and deciding what to believe based on that initially. The actual scientific data he presents is influenced by his confirmation bias since he's already decided on his bottom line.

The Hungry Brain by Stephen Guyenet is a more recent and lot more trustworthy book.

Since the (((mods))) deleted the previous thread, let's discuss how to prevent the negative affects of abnormal levels of estrogen and xenoestrogens in the water supply.

Surely you've noticed women developing faster and hitting puberty earlier and males becoming more frail and less confident/agressive.

What are the main causes:
>hormonal birth control and it's trickling effects into the water supply
>xenoestrogens from plastic food containers
>hormonal growth hormones in agriculture and mass produced animal husbandry

What should be done about it and how can we safeguard our Health and FITNESS?

I'm sure it has nothing to do with any of the other differences in human life that's been going on since industrialism combined forces with capitalism on a global scale. Must be the tap water, right?

Im probably going to get a lot of flak for wanting to look like the picture related, but I really find the skinny, but toned look to be very aesthetic.

I am currently looking like I just escaped auschwitz and I´m hoping to get some muscle on me soon.

What do you guys strive for and why?

How does /fit/ feel about a home gym? I've got a pull up bar, and a 35 lb Kettlebell, and I honestly can get a great workout with just those two pieces of equipment.

It's also much nicer since it's
>quiet and not crowded in my workout space
>can blast the music I like
>can control the temperature
>don't have to travel back and forth to the gym

Anyone else got a home gym? Where do you put it? What are some necessary pieces of equipment for one? Any other tips?

Pic related is not my equipment, but a comfy looking home gym.

A home gym needs a bench, rack, pull up bar, dip station and of course some weights.

Am i the only one infuriated by this? What the fuck have they been doing in the gym for so long? Why do they look like shit? Why won't they get it together? How the fuck have they been wasting so much time just to look like that when they could have looks juicy af by now? I know so many people like this REEEEEE

They're not putting the work in to get bigger. You can't just go to the gym and half-ass it. It's like playing pinball everyday without learning the game rules or picking up techniques from better players. You won't get better unless you actively try to get better.

Cutting vs Bulking.
All things cinsidered, which is easier?
21 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
For the average Ameriburger, they're going to be roughly as difficult.
assuming you have some level of personal restraint however, cutting would be overall easier, especially if you have muscle memory prone to cardio activity already.
You could just run like 5 miles a day 5 or 6 times a week in the morning then do some high intensity treadmill workout 3 or 4 days a week in the afternoon.
Beyond that the trick is mostly calorie counting. One of the big things that makes cutting easier is that bulking has a lot to do with portioning ehat you eat for good results. Now, you can and probably should still portion your nutrient and vitamin intake with a citting diet, but at the end of the day it's much more generic calories in/calories out.

Obviously some lifting is still reccomended, as it will help keep your muscles toned and prevent you from looking like a deflated balloon. Granted, even that is more attarctive than being overweight.
>>
Cutting is much easier because when it comes down to it it's basically "eat less calories than you're intaking". Obvioisly for the best results, you would want a more specific plan than that, but if you broadly follow that rule and don't deviate you WILL lose weight.
>>
>>41564233
Cutting for sure. Just don't eat. Literally not that difficult.
