I have a really slight scoliosis at 22 years old, /fit/.

I was wondering if it's fixable with stretching and lifting weights alone, or do I need surgery.

The angle isn't higher than 10°.

Pullups/chinups You could get the same result probably with any back exercise given enough time and effort. but provided you can overload via adding weights, pullups/chins are probably the most efficient, convenient and effective of the lot.

I'm moving in together with my gf soon and she wants to start working out. She's a bit shy so she doesn't want to go to a commercial gym, so we decided to use part of the guest room of our future apartment as a home gym. Having a home gym has always been a dream of mine so I'm really looking forward. The thing is, we have limited space so I can't get too much equipment. This is what I was planning on getting:
>long bar rack for squats and bench (probably something like pic related, not sure if we have the space for a full power rack)
>adjustable bench
>barbell + plates
>plate stand
>pullup bar
>foam flooring
This should allow me to get started and be able to do the most important lifts (deadlifts, squats, bench, OHP, rows, pullups. Is there anything missing? What about dumbbells?

I suggest going cheap to start your homegym, then upgrading.

You want to be sure you are going to use it before you spend a substantial amount, or your going to be like all those other jackasses on craigslist.

And you do not need dumbbells to start. If you have to have them, buy a cheap set of adjustable or even a loadable handle.

I genuinely don't understand this meme. What's useful in a street fight ? Most end up with a bullet in your head or a knife in your belly.
Beside, if I got to fight it's either because I have to protect someone or to survive so no rule. If I can hit by surprise or pick up a broken glass bottle I'll do it.
Why are people obsessed with street fighting when no sport including boxing prepare you for it ? Do people really do mma or boxing hoping they'll use it in the street ? It helps yes, but I've heard or known pro boxers being knocked out by a pure random just because he hit first.

I know, just feels the worst when it happens. Feels like the workout was a complete fucking waste. I have two days off now and I'll do nothing but keep thinking about it until Monday.

can tea be the cause of my weight gain?

I kept a food journal for a month counted everything I ate and drank and the average calories that I eat daily are from 1500 to 2000 calories (im 6'0 male)

I didn't count my tea intakes because i been drinking 3-4 cups of tea every day for so long now that its almost second nature. I put about 4 cups of sugar in my tea, that's fucking 12 to 16 cups of sugar a day... can that be the cause of my weight gain?
