incline curls, wide grip pull up, rows, deadlifts

legs- squats, hack squats, leg press.

My legs are shit though dont do that routine.

I do 5 out of 7 days (workout about an hour each day) and live off of oatmeal, eggs, bacon and pasta

Yeah, all mine are 3x5 too man. Lets do some math, 3 squat workouts per week times 4 weeks per month times five months is 60 squat workouts. Assuming u started with the bar, you should still be squatting at least 300 lbs by now with 5lb jumps.
