I love Mini 14s and am the owner of two different ones, a 184 and a 580. Are there any other Mini 14 lovers here? If so post you're rifles. Here are my rifles.

I hate to ask this, but I'm trying to decide between a Ruger Mini 14 and a Benelli MR1. The MR1's ability to take STANAG magazines is a plus for me, I live in Canada and .50 Beowulf magazines allow you to get ~14 rounds, whereas the Mini-14 is limited to 5. Do you have any experience with the MR1? If not that's fine, what are some good aspects of the Mini-14 that make it worth buying? It does cost a lot less than an MR1, that's the biggest advantage it has going for it.
I've got two, standard and a GB. Love the things.
Objectively inferior to boring basic bitch ARS, but that's okay.
Hello, /k/
What kinda gun is this?
Stevens .410 break shotgun or one of the 100,000,000 other variants you could buy at SEARS in the 1960's for 40 bucks.
Good find, but worthless. Where did you get it? More pics?
CHOP IT DOWN
Pls help
Received this a long time ago through a now deceased relative, quality seems shit, the fuck is it exactly?

Seems like a south east asian short sword mind giving me more background op?

Its a traditional japanese weed whacker.
You are now in possession of the Nanosuit from Crysis 2.
What do you do with it? What technology could we achieve with something like this?
>Cloaking
>Strength/athletic augmentation
>Armor to resist almost all small arms
>HUD implant
>Hacking abilities, night vision, defibrillator and rebreather

>What do you do with it?
become the greatest vigilante in the world, just tour around cities all over the world blasting human trash of all kinds
So /k/, a little greentext back story:
>nogunz me, circa 30 minutes ago
>live almost innacity
>4am
>fapping etc
>loudass animal noise
>remember I left my cat out for the night
>ohshit.webm
>dash out in me underwear
>see a fox chasing my cat
>go full panic mode
"REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE F-FUCK OFF SWIPER"
>it looks at me and walks away
>cat dashes inside
Luckily he wasn't hurt, but the fox could have attacked him if I couldn't scare him off. I couldn't have shot the fox even if I had a gun because of anti hunting laws and I would have the cops called on me. but if I had an air gun on me I could have popped a few off without half the neighbourhood being woken up. Does /k/ know of any air pistols that I can use to remove swiper while being sneaky beaky?
I would go for an air rifle anon. They are generally more powerful and higher-end ones are sufficient for killing varmint. I prefer Crosman air rifles, but there are a few more good reputable brands that I can't think of. $80-$100 should get you a decent one.
> Shoot fox.
> Drag it into your shed.
> Even if cops called "I was asleep officer."
> Feed it to your cat to build up a tolerance.
>>30955972
>Not feeding the fox and making it into your sex slave.
Nice.

Anybody done one of these yet? The 3 week backlog is over and they finally have them in stock. Been checking youtube for tutorial, but theyre really vague. Is it hard?
guess no one
>>30955607
I was thinking about it. Looks easier than a 1911 build (that I'm in the middle of).
I might order one just to have.
>>30955346
There's a dude who brought it to the local range. Works pretty well, no jams, nothing.
Probably get one or two, especially since they will come out with a G19 version.
Which style does /k/ prefer?
I like the look of revolvers with longer barrels.
>>30955268
I prefer semi autos, that said I appreciate a good looking revolver.
>>30955268
revolvers are easy to hold and can fire different lengths and load of cartridge
Drawfriends come one, come all! Any /k/commando can join in and draw anything!
From Upotte to trap operators, we welcome all drawings.

Things the first guns you ever fired said.
Well, ya little shit, try and hit the target with me. The other 12 year olds before ya couldn't. My bore is so wide nothing matters anymore.
> oh it's your first time?
> just remember what you drill sergeants taught you
> squeeze my trigger just right
> nice groups for someone who has never touched a gun before basic
>I'm a .22 not a goddamn ming dynasty vase. Hold me like a man, I wont break if you grab me hard.
Is getting a subscription to Jane's Defense worth the 500 bucks you gotta dish out?
Maybe 40 years ago.
>>30955207
Why do you say that?
>>30955185
Well, emotionally: Yes. Jane's is fucking awesome if you wanna have your finger at the pulse of time
But then again: Jane's was never meant for John Doe but defense professionals, so there's tons of boring ass bullshit included thats only interesting if you're a divisional S4
The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Midway (CV-41) conducts an underway replenishment with the battleship USS Iowa (BB-61). Midway and Iowa were in the Persian Gulf area as part of Battle Group Alpha.
This picture was taken in 1987, approximately 44 years (Iowa) and 42 years (Midway) after these WWII-era ships had been commissioned. Unlike other long-lived WWII-era ships, the USS Midway served continuously from 1945 to 1992.
United States Navy warships underway in formation off the coast of Lebanon including, from left, the guided missile cruiser USS Belknap (CG-26), the battleship USS Iowa (BB-61), the aircraft carrier USS Coral Sea (CV-43) and the amphibious assault ship USS Nassau (LHA-4).
This picture was taken on 16 August 1989 during the USS Coral Sea's final voyage. Like the USS Midway, the USS Coral Sea served continuously from 1947 to 1990. Due to massive cost overruns, the USS Coral Sea did not receive the extensive modernization the USS Midway did 1966, leaving her far more outdated by the time she was decommissioned in 1990 than the USS Midway. Due to her age and lack of upgrades, she had earned the nickname "Ageless Warrior".
An aerial view of the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard looking west/northwest on 30 October 1995. The shipyard closed on 30 September 1995, but the Navy Intermediate Ship Maintenance Facility (NISMF) continued to store decommissioned and mothballed ships. Vessels visible, left to right: the battleships USS Iowa (BB-61), and USS Wisconsin (BB-64) at the DD wharf; naval auxiliaries USS Sylvania (AFS-2), USS Milwaukee (AOR-2) and USS Savannah (AOR-4) at pier 5; the aircraft carriers USS Forrestal (CV-59) and USS Saratoga (CV-60); at pier 4; the amphibious assault ships USS Iwo Jima (LPH-2) and USS Guadalcanal (LPH-7) at pier 2. In the back pool is the heavy cruiser USS Des Moines (CA-134) and numerous destroyers and frigates.
The Iowa-class battleships were the last US battleships ever built. The Forrestal-class aircraft carriers were the first supercarriers, paving the way for the Kitty Hawk-class supercarriers and eventually the nuclear-powered USS Enterprise (CVN-65) and Nimitz-class supercarriers.
The U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Coral Sea (CVA-43) at sea in 1955 during a deployment to the Mediterranean Sea between March and September 1955. Visible are the aircraft of Carrier Air Group 17 (CVG-17): McDonnell F2H-2 Banshee fighters of fighter squadron VF-172 Blue Bolts (painted dark blue), F2H-3 Banshees of VF-171 Aces on the catapults (painted light grey/white), and two North American AJ-1 Savage bombers parked on the port aft flight deck. On the ramp some four Douglas AD Skyraiders are parked. CVG-17's tailcode "R" is clearly visible. The destroyer in the background appears to be USS Borie (DD-704).
This picture depicts the USS Coral Sea with her original center line flight deck configuration.
The Mitznefet helmet cover
>is cheap enough for an individual soldier to afford
>simple and helpful
http://agilitegear.com/products/mitznefet-multicam
What does /k/ think about these Jew helmet covers?
Its a symbolic foreskin.
US soldier in Afghanistan wearing one.
They help break up the shape of a soldiers helmet and also provide some good shade
It is basically a variant of manchu hair
/k/
If you got a factory to make any ww2 weapon of war what would you make
