Is the F-35 a boondoggle or not? I keep seeing shit saying it is, I keep seeing shit saying it isn't... help me /k/, you're my only hope.
>>30962292
No, bit behind schedule and overbudget. Business as usual. Move along.
Actually all negative things about are just Chicom propaganda in an effort to get Americans butthurt over cost so the project gets canceled. Don't you know the j21 wins every scenario anyways?
>>30962406
That and the Vatnik web brigades earning their bread and Vodka.
I really like 5.11 pants, but they dont give me enough mobility. What are some options beside sweat pants?
I'm 5'10 and 180 pounds, 5.11 is just too tight on my enormous thighs.
>The gym
my 5.11's are my absolute favorite pant.
So your only options are sweats? Thats literally the only pant you can be comfortable in?
>>30962049
Dress like quiet from MGSV
>dat breathable outfit
>dem ripped stockings
>dat light weight gear load
You will be turning heads and dicks all over the range.
>>30962049
No pants.
High speed low drag.
Finally got my 1911. Looking for grips ideas. /k/ommandos?
Pic related.
>>30961954
I think the cocobolo grips look very nice.
>>30961976
I agree.. but the dumb thing is: I still want to change them.
Switch between two different modes.. Everyday, and Dress Up day.
Dress her up nice and take her out.
>>30962065
Molone Labe grips? Pearl grips? There are so many flashy grips out there hehe
Coincidence?
>>30961757
No.
Nope.
Form follows function after all.
>>30961757
design study came to same conclusion MIG 31 built by guys built MIG 25, everybody got the idea, f-15 more aerodynamic but not as fast as the mig
What's does K think of lever actions. I kind of want to get one but would like to be able to shoot a rifle round. I know browning makes the blr but 4 rounds is eh.
Any other lever actions that use a box mag?
What is the maximum effective range on the henry repeaters with a 20"barrel in a .44?
>>30961410
I like them. Fun plinkers and they can obviously be good if you carry a revolver of the same caliber. if you got the cash to blow or want something other than a bolt action I would say grab one.
>Any other lever actions that use a box mag?
Winchester 1895. They were made in .45-70 and .30-06 for the domestic market, and 7.62x54r for a contract to Imperial Russia for WWI.
How good would they be for home defense?
Would mobile suits be viable in space combat?
>>30976860
Mobile suits are ok MS's have the pro of needing less propellant but the con of being bigger than a normal fighter.
No. The ball is a more realistic design for a space combat vehicle.
>>30977403
What about two balls, attached to one another by an armored membrane?
Weapons, battles, stories, etc.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mines_in_the_Battle_of_Messines_(1917)
>In 1917, the B.E.F. needed to break through the lines of the German 4th Army to take pressure off the French
>The Germans held the high ground which had to be softened up before the offensive started
>British fire millions of shells, but doesn't quite dislodge the enemy
>Some Aussie and Canadian tunnelers are brought in
>Proceed to put in tens of thousands kg of mines, while digging through thick clay below the water table
>Fighting German counter-tunnelers the entire time
>June 7, 3:10 am
>Mines are blown, creating one of the largest non-nuclear explosions in history
>Kills around 10,000 Germans instantly

I threw up in my mouth a little.
What did the Harrow MPS find, /k/?
I don't know why there isn't a truly modern AK design. I would buy the fuck out of a truly American made AK.
>>30961034
you posted a vz58 retard
>>30961034
>>30961086
This aside
OP is a mouthbreather since a truly modern ak would cease to be an ak. I enjoy vague as descriptions as much as the next guy, but wtf is modern supposed to mean when it's a design that old.
>tfw to intelligent for army
>to

R E K T
>>30960980
LOL AT U
Buying from budsgunshop, will shoot mostly birdshot and buckshot but occasional slugs. Using it for clays, fun at the range, and possible tactical/home defense, but mainly for range fun/novelty.
If I buy the mossberg, I'll get a 28inch ribbed barrel and a 18inch cylinder bore barrel.
>>30960771
Oh and pic related is PW87, it's a CAI 1887 clone for 300ish bucks.
Anyone help?
>>30961108
if its mostly for novelty go for the pw87. though that specific gun can be janky and unfinished you might need to fuck with it for it to smoothed out and feedwell. it only works with 2 3/4. if you want a practical gun that just works get the 500
If AKs are so simple to make, why do Americans struggle to make a good one?
>>30960764
Not enough vodka and anger.
>>30960769
Unfortunately this
If you made a good AK then we wouldn't call it an AK.
Wood Grips Edition
CZ manufactured wood grips or custom?
>>30960763
There's already one up and running faggot >>30947097
>>30960863

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAABHAHAHAHAHHAAH http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/12/politics/f-22-raptor-grounded-honey-bee-swarm/index.html
>>30960760
I'm curious.
What's funny?
they can easily be wash off with high pressure water
the problems is check the internals to see if they didn't make it inside, they requires maintenance and inspection
>>30960760
did you read the article your fucking retard?
they kept the plane grounded so they could save the fucking bees, not because it endangered the plane or compromised its flyability
