I talking about things like tannerite bombs and pressure cooker bombs, or pipe bombs and molotov cocktails.

How effective is a molotov cocktail vs a pipe bomb, and when would you use them?

Same question for various IED's (pressure cookers, tannerite, etc.)

Show what you cc, holster, carry style, etc.

Currently sporting pic related with an MTAC (comp-tac) IWB holster. I would also like to thank the anon that suggested this, very impressed with it!

Also love the P2000sk, conceals amazingly in everything but slacks, which I never wear anyway. Glad I went with it instead of the P938.

Carry an M&P Shield in an Incog. Waiting on a Volund Gearworks mini G-Hook belt, the flimsy belt I currently use is inexcusable.

I'm looking strongly at both the P2000SK and P30SK V3 since I like TDA more than striker. That and the upcoming PX4 Carry.

I carry this Beretta 92FS Compact.
Theis IWB Holster.
4-5 o'clock.

It's a good gun. Never failed in thousands of rounds. Sometimes printing is an issue, but only in the summer with tighter shirts.

I have a Bulgarian Makarov with IWB holster for a summertime backup.

>The event, attended by both civilian and military aircraft, has represented an unbelievable opportunity for aviation enthusiasts from all around the world to photograph some of the world’s rarest combat planes, including the North Korean Air Force Mig-29 Fulcrum, Su-25 Frogfoot, Mig-21Bis Fishbed, Mi-8T Hind and Y-5s.

>Among the aircraft that took part in the air show, there was also a formation of four Hughes 500E helicopters: exposed in 2013 during the traditional flying parade over Pyongyang, the North Korean “Little Birds” have long been surrounded by mystery. There were no images that could prove their presence in DPRK (Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) in spite the news that they had been illegally supplied to the regime had been unveiled in the ’80s.

Anyone have some good guides or infographics on building a good bug out bag? I'm kinda new to this, also any good bags you can recommend?

The best idea for a BOB is to tailor it to what you want out of it. For example if you want to prepare for a car break down in which you go on foot, then the bag would be different from a winter car kit designed to keep you alive in the car as emergency services cleared the snow.

DO NOT USE A STEAL ROD. You will damage the bore on your rifle, use aluminum or fiberglass.

Do engravings give any advantage whatsoever?
>>
>>31470323
The engraving shaves off a lot of material making the gun lighter, the texture of the gun alows for for a better grip (I'm talking about surfaces like the trigger and triggerguard)

Resident Fudds, I need your assistance. A family member went out of their way to purchase a share of a deer lease for me this season. However, I, a tacticool mall ninja hyperautist have nothing resembling a functional cervine splattering device.

Here's my situation
>southeast OK
>somewhat dense woods, small clearings
>hunting from ground or low tree stand, nothing more than 10 ft.
>no shots longer than 200yds
>deer are not mutants, c'mon
>i am poorfag because I spend all my gun allowance on silly tacticool bullshit and cheap ammunition which I blow through like a retard
>recoil does not scare me

What caliber should I go for? The local pawn shops and Fuddstores want a fortune for old, beat up shitass rifles, so new is my only option.

With good shot placement, a good .223 hollow/ soft point is all you need. I like Nosler ballistic tips, they seem to work better than Hornaday's in my experience.

I prefer something a bit heavier, myself, but as long as you can place a shot behind the front shoulder and through (hopefully) both lungs, you should be ok.
>>
30-30, or as we call it, fuddy-fuddy.
>>
>>31470062

.243 win is a minimum really to be certain, but .308 is good all around hunting caliber, your cartridge choice is up to you. .308 winchester is okay, .30-06 is better as it can toss heavier projectiles. The winmags are overkill for deer.

In a common caliber pistol? Weak ammo. Shot placement > penetration > energy, and the ballistic difference between defensive loads and ball ammo is surprisingly negligible most of the time.

Rifles? Stronk ammo. No one wants icepick cavities again.

40.000 well-equipped soldiers from the late republic (post marius reforms) have suddenly appeared and are marching on an unspecified nato nation to conquer it. As a boon, the true gods of rome have made all artillery and explosives in the world malfunction. How many soldiers would it take to eliminate the threat at minimum?

Is there a point in getting a knife as a deterrent in a self-defense situation? For example, if a single person tries to rob and/or assault me?
>>
>>31469260
The issue is escalation of force. You don't know if your assailant is capable of meeting you with equal or greater force. Then there's the issue of state laws. If your assailant is not using force that can be reasonably seen as deadly force and a knife is considered a deadly weapon then you could be on the wrong side of the law.

I would see use of a knife as a weapon of last resort and only then if you can catch your assailant off guard.
>>
>>31469353

Those are the issues I had in mind, thanks for clarifying.
