Nick the jew hates Obzors and gives people shit for owning one and then suddenly he buys one and it's the best fucking optic there is Edition.
First for Obzor a overpriced shit and I should have just gotten an aimpoint

R8 AK, guys
Will widespread household AI's in smart home setups make active security systems (ones with resealable doors & windows, non-lethal weapon & restraint systems) more feasible?

>>32328169
>>32328169
You don't need an AI, homes like that are already possible it's just that they're expensive and pointless and the market would be tiny. Money spent on such a home would be better spent moving to a better neighborhood.

Why didn't the army airforces just bomb all the Germans at the Normandy beaches and then send in the infantry?
>>32327854
They did. Google earth that shit and look at all the craters.
Because the Germans had defenses for just that sort of thing in the form of anti-aircraft guns, bunkers, trenches, and so forth.
>>32327854
The bombers missed the beach
Thoughts on pic related as a CCW?

redbull me on woodland milsurp BDUs. I'd like something clasccically 90s. Was ripstop shit used back then already?
>>32327664
pic related, I hate this type of fabric.
ripstop was used in vietnam and maybe earlier
>>32327710
so there was never a woodland BDU made from heavy cotton cloth?
Navy cuck here. Why don't we get Rifle training? I was kind of excited to get a proper education but we only got handgun qualified and "familiarized" with the M500. Meaning an MA held it for us and we pulled the trigger.
Because the only arm of the navy that'll ever use a gun are the navy cops busting marines for CP.
>>32327589
Anyone the Navy is shooting at probably wishes they were just using Rifles.
>>32327603
Roving watch on board most ships use rifles too. Why limit the people you can put on watch?
And yeah that's valid..
So I just got pic related /k/, a USP 9, and was looking to get a cleaning kit for it. I heard that because the polygonal rifling I should be careful with the kind of kit I get. Any suggestions on what I should buy? Also any recommended after market stuff that you /k/ommandos recommend be welcome.

Sounds like bullshit to me
So I recently bought an old Winchester 1907 and finally got some ammo and got around to shooting it. However, after shooting a mag and inspecting the cases they showed a very small bulge (a few thousandths of an inch at most) and signs of case stretching. I was firing some Jamison 180 grain soft point rounds that had similar ballistics to the original Winchester .351 loadings. My question is is it safe to fire this gun? I've never dealt with anything that did this to fired cases before. Pic is just of the stretch marks on the cases as the bulge isn't large enough to easily see on the cases in a photo
>>32327424
Potato of the rifle in question
I'll bump for you OP
Good luck. That's a niche gat
>>32327424
A lot of time my 500 mag brass will look similar to that when approaching high pressure loads. I've always just assume its slight abrasions from when the case glues itself to the chamber for a millisecond upon firing. after a 2 hour tumble in walnut they come out pristine looking and show no signs of fatigue. i'm approaching 10 loadings on my brass with no sign of it failing any time soon.
Are you reloading? I've never heard of .351 winchester, i bet its pricey.
ITT: prove you're hasguns.
Nogunz kiddies can shitpost elsewhere. Provide picture of gun and timestamp.

Your foot looks weird as fuck
>>32332510
It's a special upper-body foot. Not many people know about them. Most upper-body foot havers call them 'hands,' but that's just weird jargon.
Do you take your gat to the bathroom with you /k/?
>>32327316
I bought a Mossberg 500 specifically to keep in my bathroom.
So I guess, yes?
Depends on my mood

Ugh. Century inch. Shit on it op.

What is the most based military branch and why is it the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps?
>no retards, unlike other branches (everyone is an officer, and usually some type of doctor or specialist at that)
>literally exists only to help people (doesn't bomb sandniggers with drones)
>is responsible for protecting our nation from the greatest threat it faces--disease
>commander has the most badass title in the military--Surgeon General
>uniforms are dapper as fuck
>other branches have to grovel and suck Public Health Service dick just for the chance to have one of these uniformed motherfuckers deployed to their ship/base/whatever to treat hundreds of cases of STDs in Marines
>rich as fuck, unlike Private Pyle who gets paid $10,000 a year to lose his legs in Afghanistan
Basically, if you aren't in the PHSCC, neck yourself, grunt
>>32327242
That's not a Branch.
Looking at those females they'd have to treat my VD because they gave it to me.
It's not a military branch, it's a uniformed service.
There's a difference.
That said, they are pretty based.
>>32327277
>That's not a Branch
Yes it is.

I got a bayonet adapter for my PTR-91 and the screw it too big for the hole. What do?

Buyer beware with the C39v2. Trigger stopped resetting. Looked inside and found out the spring inside broke and that nut came loose

New trigger , done.
>>32327009
whats the nut for?

Everybody knows centry isn't the Mercedes of ak's. At least your problem is a cheap fix, a Tapco G2 goes for like $25.
My Thompson mags from IMA came in today.
Fuck I love this gun. Ran a few rounds throught it as soon as the mags got here.
There's a slight problem though, the mag release on this slightly more modern thompson is too high to work well with these original mags.
I knew it was going to happen and honestly did not care, I was thinking of just modifying the mags in order to get them to better work with my Thompson. They still work well enough as the mags fit stiff anyway.
My question is, why the fuck did Auto-Ordinance raise the release catch up by like a centimeter on the civi versions? Such a weird thing to do.
Also recent acquisitions
>>32326971
That's cool that your's works, I'm a huge Thompson fan but I was never able to add one of these kahr ones to my collection specifically. with the long ass barrel
>Thompson w/ 16inch barrel
>ib4 old pic of 16 inch M1928 from the 20's
Yeah I know, but it still looks off, too bad the Thompson is one of those guns where it has to have the short barrel,
fuck you NFA eat a bowl of dicks!
>>32326971
Damn Im jelly, I was gonna buy one but the faggot sold it right before I contacted him
>>32326971
Also how does it work, I will pick one up this coming year hopefully
