I never lift angry, but I train angry. Started boxing a few months ago and love letting it out on a punching bag.

I try to tap in to emotions whenever possible to help fuel my lifts. Don't just stop with anger, sadness, happiness, and many more can help give you energy

I missed a 3-way last week because I got high for the first time in a month. I bought MMA gloves, and punched the shit out of a heavy bag for 30 minutes. Helped a lot.

A month ago I was in the same boat you're in, OP. Fell in love with a new girl from Poland who came to my school and I thought I had a chance with her, turns out she wasn't looking for a BF and I reminded her of her ex (she didn't tell me that, a mutual friend told me) and I spilled all sorts of spaghetti trying to ask her out.
