Thank god I was allergic as fuck to this shit when I took it

I only did for a month and my face + ankles were swollen as fuck. My heart beat way too crazy fast so I just dropped it pronto.

Also if you guys have low libido due to minox, try taking zinc, that shit has seriously made me fap at least 3 times in one session. Like, I can't even go soft until I jerk it three times and honestly it's becoming a pain. Every time I wake up, I'm hard as fuck.

I don't take any multivitamins because I actually eat vegetables, fruits, nuts and other good food that already have vitamins AND proteins AND fibers AND carbs AND fat

Is it possible to go from being obese to shredded in under 2 years? (Without steroids). Starting my fit journey and want to know if my expectations are realistic. 1 year to lose my fat, 1 year to get ripped. Possible?

1st. you add muscle=be heavier and bigger=clothes won't fit for a while
and then
you cut really hard= return to original size or a bit larger but with only muscle instead of fat

Sure pham, just be sure to try on your tightest clothes every now and then. Muscle growth is slow af, so you'll know when you're getting close to too big and you can just maintain/cut from there. Your legs will probably hit the limit fastest, so be careful with those squats, yeah?

When we were out I used to think I'd prefer being at home playing videogames or reading shit.

Ok, so been lifting for 7 years. Perma bulker. Not, natty, basic roiding (not tren, just Deca, EQ, Test kinda stuff).

Got really strong, but still fat as a whale. 6'5" and 350 pounds.

DL is up to 847 and I can Clean + Press 407, squat is 700+.

Have had a repaired pec and bicep.

Not too mad facial looks if I got lean, strong jawline, normal straight nose, blue eyes.

What do from here? Diet down until visible abs? Start stronkman fitness channel? Slow diet to keep gains? Should I take acting classes? Just buy a house outside town, and start a family and doomsday prep? What do fitizens? Is I gonna makes it?

So having started as a pathetic weakling, I've been dirty bulking for quite some time, and I'm finally about to start cutting for the first time--overdid it a bit and ended up getting fat. Just want someone to look over my diet plan, make sure everything's on point i guess.

2502 calories. 207g protein, 244g carbs, 86g fat.

Hi /fit/izens

Are any of you depressed? Have you ever been depressed? Has there been any connection (good or bad) between being fit and your depression?

My wife became severely depressed a year ago, and has struggled with it since, in spite of therapy. I have noticed that when she does go to the gym, she generally feels better for a little bit (however, I can't get her to go consistently, or to really push herself when she does go)

Any input at all is much appreciated
