This is all you will ever need, nothing is better than this/variations of it.
Assuming, you only want abs for aesthetic reasons. (you should hit failure with correct form for 3x10 sets) if not, add weight, or find a decline bench that also has an arc like this for abs.
Also, put a a weight between your heel and but, and CONTRACT your hamstrings the whole time you are doing abs, (this makes it IMPOSSIBLE to activate your hip flexors.
you can activate the hamstrings a million different way, just find a way and make sure you are actively tensing the hammies.

Struggling to eqt enough calories. Do you think it's a good idea to take little shots of olive oil every now and then?
Tuna and noodles was what worked for me, you can get about 35-40 grams of protein and a good helping of carbs. The only problem is sodium but if you only have it once a day it's not too bad.
I also had a weight gain before bed which came to about 1000 calories
