So my water retaining genetics are complete shit, my old man currently has perma-eyebags, too.
If I even eat more than 1 gram (1000mg) of sodium a day, my eyes get puffy, it depends how much sodium. I try everything, bananas, potassium pills, shit ton of water (i feel like it makes it worse sometimes), coffee (which used to work until my body developed caffeine resistance), and it's pretty depressing how one day I can have all the sl00tz mirin wherever I go, then the other day I'm just the average faggot stuck on "seen" (or R if you use kik) My last resort seems to be buying diuretic from cvs, but I hear they're pretty dangerous. In the summer maybe I could go for REALLY low sodium diet because it helps me cut too, but I'm currently bulking up.

In 20 days when I return home from my visitation to the quaint town of fuckoff nowhere, Australia, I am going to be starting on a ketosis diet with a couple of friends. I am a 6'4", 202kg pendulous sack of sweaty flesh. This will be my first for-realsies diet in over 7 years. I am 25. inb4 heart attack.

What kinds of foods should I stock up on? What should I avoid?

Any advice on exercise? Right now I'm aiming for 2x30min cardio sessions on my exercise bike or walking, plus 30mins of doing what I can with 2x5kg dumbbells each day. Until I can afford to move up.

I'm thinking of starting a lap-pool swimming regimen. Those 60 year old dudes at the pool always have six packs.

My only goal is to build my shoulders a little bit and get a six pack, so I will do some pull ups and chinups on the bar I bought at home, and then go swim for an hour, four times a week, and avoid junk food.

What could go wrong?
