Any Ausbrahs have any experience with Crunch Fitness? Currently with Anytime Fitness paying $70 a month but can switch to Crunch for $32 a month.

8 days ago i did too many sets/reps of deadlift. i broke a PR while going the same amount of reps (5) with a higher weight - which was fucking stupid of me.

my lower back still is a bit fucked, are there any recommended stretches i can do at home while i cry that i have no gains?

YES! i actually fucking foam rolled my lower back intensively after deadlifting intensively. not the best idea, i think that's the cause of my 'injury'

DEXA scan from Bodyspec pegged me at 26%. Did I get fucking scammed or is my skinnyfatness worse than I thought? 5'11 - 174lbs during the time of the scan, should I cut down to 145lbs to hit 13%?

Twf all goku did was fight, do pushups and handstands and never ate a lick of protein powder and he is in the greatest shape. He proves body weight exercises are just as good as lifting weights.

Personally, I buy 50$ worth of brocoli, kale, spinach and cauliflowers once a month.

I cut em and put them into big ziploc bags and throw them in the freezer. I actually save decent money doing this, I estimate 30-40%

Help /fit/zens

A 82kg 1,73m manlet here, 17%BF (measured.. not estimated by a bunch of random guys on internet..)

I just started a cycle a week ago. Made everything right, calculated my TDEE (not overestimating my workout), reduced 25% to create defcit, counting calories (really counting.. bought a kitchen scale) and making right choices.

My caloric target is 1900 kcal.

Problem is.. im not getting hungry... like, never.
I mean, It's midnight here, i want to sleep, and im 500 kcal behind. Im forcing myself to eat, but it's supposed to be a cutting...

Im afraid I just messed up and lost lean mass and screwed myself

help anons :(
