Starting out with a few questions as well:

Any of /fit/ actually get negative effects from cheap / whey concentrate protein?

Any reason to limit supplemental vitamin D intake from milk and other sources (e.g., vitamins)? It's a hormone. I hear it also depletes vitamin K.

Onward, I take a multivitamin, but it doesn't have much magnesium; and getting it from food seems challenging, as I'm trying to get it in amounts above 150% to match calcium (intake from milk) and other nutrients. I've been getting pepitas in 10lb. bulk, but that's like $65 and barely lasts through paychecks. So, it seems like I'm switching up multivitamins.

I also take vitamin K1, because going to the store for and danking multiple cans of spinach isn't that fun. The 500mcg (like 500% DV) are $8 for 200 or something. I split these up in case it increases blood pressure.

I also take Tryptophan and Phenylalanine, the former in pretty decent doses and the latter in pretty minimal, for literally feeling orgasmic. Tryptophan produces B3, which produces NAD, which is shown in labs to reverse aging. NAD is the "respirator" of all cells, providing all cellular energy. TR and PH also synthesize into Serotonin and Dopamine, respectively. Dopamine receptors are protected by antioxidants, so I get lots of cinnamon and cloves. Cloves seem to not ever run out of clove-ness for tea. It's fucking fantastic, and it gives that feeling from clove cigars. ..I used to get histidine HCL, which is pretty intense also, but I seem to be getting enough protein to spend the money on something more productive.

Flaxseed meal.

3K+ Cal diet, but mostly oats, PB, flax, milk, pepitas, honey, and stevia. Some butter, coconut oil, fruit.. lots of cinnamon, and some coffee and cocoa.

Overbulked hard. How long should it take to cut from 23% bf to 15%? What kind of deficit should you go for? 300. Is it ok to do an extreme cut say 500 to 1000 at that high bodyfat without losing my gains?

Best natty cutting strategies coffee/tea, water, a large deficit, & HIIT while lifting 3 times a week to maintain muscle mass?

Exactly. Vegetarians end up eating too many carbs and too much fiber and not enough protein, and also end up deficient in one or more amino acids because low quality protein, which also is why they don't make sense very often, malnutrition affects cognition.

I was the same weight and body comp as you - 72kg at 5ft 9 and I've been cutting for a few months, now at 67 and I was gonna keep on cutting till all my abs came out. You had to keep cutting till fucking FIFTY FIVE KILOS and you still look like a skinny faggot. Bulk hard now mate, do a nice bulk and make dem gains
