Anyone here done an EC stack before?
Been thinking of doing one for a while and I have finally found a pure source of Ephedrine in the UK and am about to order some, would like to hear about some experiences.
My plan is to follow the dosages in pic related and do 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off as recommended on several different online sources I have read. My reason for doing it is I am really struggling with this last 10-15 pounds of fat. I have cut down from 245 to 150 and I really want to get rid of the gross lower back fat I am holding before I start a bulk but I am really struggling and have been stuck around 150 for a few months now.
Can you share your experiences with EC
how did you feel throughout the day?
what sides, if any, did you experience?
what results did you achieve?
how did you structure your eating and workouts?
Also EC general, here is my source for any UK brahs

I prefer yohimbine desu, fasted walk in the morning everyday for two weeks with a deficit is great for losing fat around chest and love handles.
I used to do a dose of yohimbine in the morning and then 4 hours later start my first of 2 EC doses - this works really well imo, but the sides are pretty bad, and yohimbine sides can be horrible if you take too big a dose.
There's a shit load of info on yohimbine if you google 'yohimbine emgsites'
All I'm asking is, just write what you eat in a typical day of bulk.
I'm 178cm tall, I don't track my calories, and incidentally I weigh 52 kilograms (which is a big improvement to my former 45kg backin HS).
Someone please help.

I'm lactose intolerant to a certain extent. I can use 1/4 of a litre for my cereals, but if I try to gulp down 1L of milk, I get insanely painful, stinky shits all day long.
>>35482356
I have put on 8-9 kgs in about 4 months by
>eating big meals 4 times a day
>drinking about 14 liters of whole milk a week
>continuing to eat a fair amount after I am full (about the same as I ate to get full)
WHO HERE //IF//
Anyone else intermittent fasting atm for their cut?
How's it working out for you?
I've heard it can fuck your gains up and doesn't melt fat effectively

Nigga it's legit the opposite
If you overdo it you'll lose strength but it's GOAT for fat loss

>mfw /fit/ calorie in<calorie out meme
>mfw "just eat under TDEE bro!"
No wonder nobody is making it.
You literally can't gain weight if you eat less than you burn. What probably is happening the calculations you came up with are too high. Start eating even less.
>>35481620
this
you're probably just a retard and can't add if you think sugar by itself makes you gain weight
>>35481620
It doesn't depend so much on how much you eat, but *what* you're eating, fag got.

Are you a manlet? What is your height?
>>35480879
Yeah. 5'7''
My dad is 5'6'' and has a solid ~8 in. wrist.
even my mom has bigger wrists. what happened?.
>>35480893
You're just a manlet. I'm 5'5" and I have 6.5" wrists, it's just part of our curse. Don't worry about it, there's not point in complaining about what you can't change.
Did you ever have to deal with the "buff man = stupid meathead" stereotype in your life?

Im willing to make the argument that Pseudo planche push-ups are superior to Bench press for athletes, as well as general fitness.
1.no ego lifting
2.no weight needed
3.full kinetic chain involvement
4.points out mobility issues
5. could be coupled with pullup progressions
6. not easy to cheat
Mark ripple toe himself said if push-ups could be progressed optimally with weight he would pick them over Bench Press to put in his program. So why not go for the next best thing?

>Mark ripple toe himself said if push-ups could be progressed optimally with weight he would pick them over Bench Press to put in his program.
How can PPP be progressed?
>>35478399
To tucked planche push ups -> straddle planche pushups -> planche pushups

All you need is a measuring stick and a stable stick like in this
>gif related
You progress the lean by 1 centimeters from a week to week basis, and take a deload on the 3rd or 4th week.
""It was to see how testosterone can change the face," Jamie told Buzzfeed, "So if people come away seeing that, it can make those changes, then that's good…As time went on it became more rewarding. So now, I feel like I've been doing it for so long I just want to keep going, for maybe five years. I'm really happy I've done it.""

But does she have a penis? Or can they construct anything remotely like that?
Why do people on /fit/ hate so much on Jason Blaha? He is based as fuck and was a beast in his prime. His advice is top notch and he might be a bit socially awkward at time but that should actually relate to most of /fit/'s autists here.
pic related. He was fucking ripped before he started powerlifting.

Can boobs develop into your late 20s if you're a woman? I am a 28 year old woman and in the past ~2 months I've gone from a barely A to a full B. Normally I store fat on my belly first, then thighs, then butt, and boobs last. But I'm up like 2-3 pounds and it's almost all in my boobs, maybe a little in my belly. I'm not pregnant according to two separate otc pregnancy tests, plus bloodwork from my doctor and gyno. I use an IUD so accidental pregnancy is highly unlikely, and between the idea and being a marathon runner, I only get like one or periods per year. I have done nothing different with my training, just running and some light db stuff at home. I have had a significant reduction in general stress recently as I got a big promotion and my husband got into his top choice for his PhD, which is great obviously great for us. I have a history of ED in high school, but got fat in college then skinny again when I met my husband (I'm 5'5, 105-110#, run about 50-70 miles per week) so being a healthy weight isn't new. I had been diagnosed as anemic recently and my boobs started to get big around when I started taking iron, but I was healthy prior to that and my boobs stayed small. What is going on with my body?
tl;dr -> grew decent boobs at 28 after being chairperson of itty bitty titty committee all my life, can't figure out why, wtf?
pics so we can tell you that ur fat
Boobs grow when you gain weight.
some kind of hormone disruption is the only thing I can think of. Go to a doctor
Anyone here from a fat family? It is a great source of misery for me. Right now I can hear my obese grandfather shambling up the stairs. His moans of pain make me cringe. All other family members insult my lifestyle and keep buying me chocolates and sweets.
pic unrelated
My mother is fat, because she stopped caring about keeping fit in her late 30s.
She's not fat-american fat, but she's now on a scooter because her health has gone to shit, her bones are weak, she has gout, and her cholesterol is fucked.
I've been trying to get her to fix her diet, but its impossible when her mentality is to drink loads of sugary fruit juice, because fruit is healthy.
Getting her to eat fibre is impossible, and I just gave up, and told her to buy dietary fibre supplements, because its easier to get her to take them than hope she just stops eating shit.
She also thinks that everyone who goes to a gym is a psychopath due to all the steroids they're taking, so telling her to get off her ass and into a gym would never have helped even before she lost the ability to walk anything beyond a short distance.
My brother is also fat, because he dated a few fat girls, and their eating habits turned him from chubby but sporty person, to fat depressed ball of lard that keeps going on about trying to lose weight so he can play rugby again, then takes retarded cheat days like eating several thousand calories of doughnuts.
One of my cousins is foot-loss-diabetes fat, but tries hard at the gym to stop herself getting worse, and actually lifts weights (mainly as she can't shift her fat ass fast enough to do cardio)
Thankfully the rest of my family are reasonably normal, and I have (female) cousins and an uncle who is serious about fitness.

Questions That Don't Deserve Their Own Thread
Last one reached bump limit
OLD: >>35463138
Starting with my question:
I'm looking for bent over rows alternatives. Are cable rows good choice for this?
repost from last thread
two things, /fit/
1) What is the best way to get a good strength/endurance combo? I want to pursue a military carreer and I'm currently doing weighted calisthenics, as in pushups (+30lbs), situps (+10lbs, very careful to form to avoid back problems), pullups (no added weight) and running (I used to be potato, currently on a 5k/24min routine). Can/would weightlifting help me better?
2) I practice HEMA, and my club goes pretty heavy. How can I manage not to destroy my recovery from the day before? Should I just treat our training session as a workout day and skip lift day?
My foam roller arrived today
How am is supposed to know if its working?
I followed a couple of the instructions on the leaflet and didn't really feel anything.
Did my quads and felt some pain but how long are you supposed to do it for?
I throw up almost every time I train core , abs especially. How can I prevent this? It happens even if I only eat a very small meal, and I can't work out on an empty stomach.
Also, is it very bad if this happens? I have no idea why I get it. Anyone with similar experiences and cures?
Only been lifting for 2 months consistently, but is my back getting muscle or is this just bone. Also back flex poses for future references. Sorry shitty pic couldnt hold phone still+bad lighting.

What are some semi-important muscles that you see people neglecting all the time? Things like rear delts, legs for those kinda people -___-, traps, etc
>Rear delts
A lot of lifters don't do rear delt flies, the right kind of rows, or any cleaning so these are often undeveloped. Also is probably the cause of most shoulder injuries.
>The entirety of the forearm
No, heavy isometric holds WILL NOT lead to proper forearm development. Doubly so if you're natty.
>Abs (on /fit/ at least)
Squats and deads aren't enough, and thinking so is a really good way to look like shit and have a very unbalanced core.
>Calves
Again, squats and deads aren't enough here. I've found sprints are best fit calf development, but very high volume body weight calf raises are also a good bet.
>Hamstrings
A lot of people only do deads without the eccentric phase and high bar squats, so these are very often undeveloped. It's especially bad when people follow shit like SS and end up with fatty quads and glutes but zero hammies.
>Traps
Comes from neglecting to do cleans or shrugs. No, heavy deads aren't enough, everybody who says that has no fucking traps.
>The neck
Direct work is best on off days, with cleans and shrugs being a decent second. If you brace your neck muscles during any lift though, they'll at least get a little isometric work.
>Upper back
Comes from people being retards and only focusing on the front of their body. They deserve whatever injuries that come.
>Serratus anterior
The only compound I know that works it significantly is the overhead press, which is also one of the most neglected exercises right after rowing. Nothing is weirder than a dude with fat lats and no serratus.
I think I hit most of the unworked muscles or muscle groups here.
>>35471477
What exercises are there that aren't isometric holds for forearms?
Wrist curls?
Rotator cuff.
Why do you lift?
