Do YOU have a "drugs" cheat day (despite the dmg like a party for example) or are you straight edge, /fit/?

We know that all drugs are bad:
> smoke just reks everything (skin, nails, lips, teeth etc.) and makes you more likely to get cancer
>booze (tired and wasted the next day, lose muscle, red puffy face, gut, liver dmg etc.)
> coffee/tea more than 2 cups (pushes you to much, paranoia, anxiety, bad sleep etc., BUT is okay before the training to lose weight and green tea has a lot of good stuff in it)
>other drugs (if you take anything else you shouldn't be here and in some kind clinic)

My lifts are stalled. Starting Strength on a 500 cal deficit. I am a fat fuck and need to lose approximately 20 more pounds.

Is it better to deload 10% and work back up or just keep trying the same weight and failing?
