I started with ditching soda/chips/sweets. Then tracking my intake with an app on my phone, weighting everything going into my meals, scanning barcodes of premade stuff, imputting exercise and bam, almost 3 months later and im at 195 from 230 ish with minimal actual effort put into work outs (I typically walk a lot). I know that rapid loss is gonna slow soon which sucks but damn I feel pretty good, I wanna keep feeling good.
And this has the added bonus of pissing off my boyfriend's mom when I fit into the the pants she bought on her last shopping binge thinking she'd fit into them while stuffing her face with cake, I'm down from an 18 to a 14
