It's a bad routine, read the sticky if you are this new. Tanning in your exercise program? Does that sound right to you?

Are women with angular jaws considered masculine?
No it just means they're great at sucking, if you know what I mean
>>37047311
I peronsally think it looks fucking wierd.
How would Aragorn train? He's always said to be strong, athletic, and an exceptional warrior.
This question led me onto the broader one of how people in medieval times, knights and warrior kings such as Richard the Lionheart, would have trained. Their diets would presumably have been much poorer, and they didn't have the luxury of weight training as we know it today; so if someone wanted to become stronger on the battlefield, or become more athletic, what would they have done?
why would their diets be poor? they'd just eat veggies, cheese, meat, bread etc.
>>37047091
Aragon was a superior man becuase he had elven blood.
Knigts and lords in medieval times were literally raised from birth to fight
>>37047091
>Their diets would presumably have been much poorer
Lolno
And it would be a mix of calisthenics, probably wrestling, fencing, some cultures did strongman-esque training with stones and logs etc.
Hi /fit/. I've got a nasty beer belly but not much fat elsewhere. I read on the guide that spot reduction is a myth, which sounds right, but if I can't exercise one specific part of my body and lose weight there, then how come I can gain fat in that specific part of the body?
pic semi related i guess
also is it feasible to burn a bunch of stomach fat in 20 days or so
>>37046787
Sticky is up there firend
Different parts of the body store more fat than others.
You will have gained fat in other areas too. Just less noticeable.
Think of gaining and losing fat as if you are filling and emptying a swimming pool.
Your belly is the deep end, so the water goes there first and leaves last. And when full, has the most water (fat) over it.
The shallow end (forearms, shoulders, calves for example) gets full last and has less water/fat over it.
>>37046817
Thanks anon. This fat stuff is really jarring to me; I spent the first 19 years of my life being a twig and recently gained a ton of weight in the past two. I guess it was just a perception thing.
>fell for the "exercise gives you more energy" meme
>constantly sleepy all the time

what's the deal /fit/ you sold me a bill of goods

You're doing way too much stupid shit, overdoing it on the stimulants or something really weird is going on.

I don't even drink water at the gym. Why the fuck would I? I'm only there for 45 minutes. I can handle 45 minutes without water.
Maybe before and after doing cardio.
How do you thickin that muscle near the armpit. I want mine to look like my friends in this pic. How do you get that contour. Mine are flat, is that from being a fatass? I want my pits to be pits. Mine are not, is there a workout or do I just need to lose weight.
Where the fuck do these threads come from? Sage and hide.

What's the most efficient way to eat eggs?
Boiled? Scrambled? Poached?
I don't care for taste I just want as many of them in me as fast and as painless as possible.
Raw
>>37046399
Anally
>>37046399
fastest way to eat eggs imo is fried. you can probably eat one in a single bite if you tried
scrambled is the second fastest
Are you guys actual happy after you reached your prefered weight ? Is it just a meme ?
people say like
>It’s the experience of joy that you’ve known when something terrific happened
>like getting that job you were hoping for, how great you felt when you finally got the job you wanted
>or that great car you had your eye on
>or when you went on the best vacation of your life
You were tremendously happy, right? RIGHT?
>>37046333
Yes, you are happier when you're fit. I was a fat slob for a couple of years, so I know.
>>37046333
I was happier, though it definitely wasn't a lifechanging experience or anything.
Yes, I feel normal now. It's wonderful. You don't really notice it in your everyday life, but you really do gain a lot of confidence and feel like you can do anything, go anywhere without worrying.
It's more of an absence of worry than true happiness, but it's great. Being fat really does drag you down. Even if you don't notice it, once you lose that weight you'll notice the lack of it (worry).
>Daily reminder to do your ki/chakra training /fit/

How do you into that? Is it anything similar to starting sit?
>>37046276
Read some ancient Hindu and Buddhist texts. They know what they're doing generally
>>37046276
Do some googling on chi-gong movements and make zazen a daily practice.

Well /fit/, a little question for you guys.
I cannot remember the last time I have ever gotten 'morning wood' or just a random erection during the day. I simply have no desire for sex anymore and because of this, I decided to get my testosterone levels checked.
The results came back as:
18.2 nmol/L - 524.5 ng/dL
Keep in mind that I'm 18 years old and I workout 1-2 hours a day 6 days a week so I'm healthy.
So my question is
>do you guys still manage 'morning wood'/random erections?
I really felt as if I was suffering from every symptom of low test but according to some studies, my test level is in a normal range for my age.
TLDR;
>OP never gets morning wood/random erections
>Feels like he's suffering from low test
>thus having no drive in the gym
>>37045917
Nofap+ cold showers+ adequate zinc and selenium intake. Don't forget too eat deep green shit. Fish oil megodosing for a while works too...
My GF loved it and hated it at the same time, hard as carbonite, but got painfull thrusting too deep. Made me horny like I was 16 again.
Could be fatigue
Normal range for an adult male 18-die
Anyway do you watch a lot of porn? Maybe that's why
Hey /fit/,
I'm going to be finished with SL soon, and have no idea where to take things from there.
Since I can afford to go to gym one more day (so 4 days a week) and I want to transition to a morea aesthetics based routine, I was thinking of upping the volume and splitting my body parts into 2, e.g. like this:
A: Back, biceps, chest, triceps
B: Shoulders, legs, abs
Do you see any problems with that? Can I just do the same every day (I was thinking of the big 5 with a 3x5 scheme for strength + isolations for volume) and up the weights whenever I feel like my body can handle it? Or do I need a dedicated strength and volume day to not burn myself out? Any advice would be appreciated!
>>37045912
What are your lifts??
>>37045971
squat 145 lb
deadlift 160 lb
bench 70 lb
I think I'm doing pretty good so far. I think SL is pretty easy and at this rate I think i can go competitive in 5 - 6 months.
>>37045971
1pl8 OHP
2pl8 bench
2pl8 squat
3pl8 DL
(I know, I know. In my defence, I am 6'5 and my long femoral bones make it very hard for me to progress on squats)
