My little 15yo brother just started going to the gym and has no idea what to do.
He doesn't want to look like some kind of hulk but lean and fit.

What would you suggest?

I'm 5'8. I've been doing SL5x5 for 3 months. I've gone from 47kg to 55. I just found out my form has been wrong for every single lift and with correct form I can only just do the bar for everything except squats and deadlift.

I've wasted all this fucking time. In 3 months I've gone from skeleton that can't lift the bar to skinny t-rex that can only just lift it. My uni gym closes at the end of this month so I won't be able to use barbells again until September.

I'm fucked bros. I'm going to be a skeleton forever and every time I try and do something about it I'm so weak that I can't even do it right. I'm poor asf from all the food I've been buying to put on weight and now I'm going to spend 4 months losing the pathetic amount of gains that I've made so far.

Chin up. If you give up, you'll never escape skeletonmode, but as long as you keep working, you'll still have a chance. If you don't have barbells, do bodyweight religiously in the largest quantities you can manage. Lift sandbags, rocks, gallon jugs, whatever the hell you have lying around. You are only limited by your own creativity here.

I usually wear a beanie to the gym because my hair is too long. I changed to pic related yesterday to mix it up

Wore it forwards and people I've seen at the gym for years were looking and making eye contact

flipped it backwards for OHP and people started talking to me almost immediately. Girl approached me to chat within 2 mins, this ex army SF guy who always thought I was a faggot started talking to me and we worked in squat together

my workout took 40 mins longer because random people kept talking to me

What else have you changed in your diet. Most likely you're just more dehydrated.

I suppose in theory when you first start to load creatine, your muscles are going to soak up water making less available for your liver and kidneys to do their jobs. Increase water intake for a few weeks until your muscles reach saturation and you'll be fine.

Okay /fit/ I need some help with my deadlift. Currently at 335 max and I'm looking for 405 by september. I think that's achievable. Anyway, I'm worried that I'm not programming correctly for proper progression. Currently I'm deadlifting 2-3x a week, never working above 80% of my 1rm. I usually do singles, but I try to do maybe 5-10 over the course of a couple hours (home gym). I feel like my training has little direction. What programs/routines helped you with your diddy the most? Is a 70lb increase possible in ~4months? I'm not scared of hard work, and I really want to hit this goal. Any tips or help is greatly appreciated.

Hi there, need advice on TRAINING ROUTINE, This photo is about year old. Now im 20 y/o, currenty starting my cut. Now doing this routine for about two years with some modifications every couple of weeks and startin to feel my progress stopping. On top of that I feel like im beaten up, joints crackin, shoulders poppin, fucked up my right hand wrist, lower back cracks and pops when doing squats or just after sitting too much. Also i notice that if i do regular training routine my shoulders tends to go forwards, any way, any advice appreciated, here what my
CURRENT ROUTINE looks like.
