Could I get any examples of balding guys actually LOOKING BETTER by shaving/trimming their hair? I mean regular men, not people with an already privileged facial genetic.
By the way, I say looking better, not looking necesarily good. I know shaving is some sort of last resource.

Sup /fit/, fat guy here, 5'10 300 lbs. The sticky says to eat 10-12 times my bodyweight in calories to lose weight, so at the lower estimate of 3000 calories a day, my doctor brother says that is way too much, and my BMR is likely closer to 2500 calories a day, and if I want to lose weight to eat 2000.
Which one is right? Help pls
Pic unrelated
>>37035028
>300lb
i benched your bodyweight 5 times today, feels good.
regarding your question:
it doesent matter, those numbers arent accurate.
You start with 3000 calories a day (you track every calorie you consume) and after 1 week you take your weight again, if you lost weight your going in the right direction, if you lose to much weight, you should reduce the deficit, if you dont lose weight or not enough you increase the deficit and test it for another week.
that is the only accurate option btw. everything else is bullshit.
>>37035028
>eat 10-12 times my bodyweight in calories
This doesn't apply to you. This is for a regular person.
Anyway if you're reasonably active you probably would actually lose weight at 3000 calories.
>>37035028
I'd go with 2500 for a couple of weeks. Record how much weight you've lost and adjust accordingly.
why is my bench 1rm 80kg but my deadlift 185? doesnt make any fucking sense
squat 115kg and OHP 60kg
i dont know what the fuck is wrong but my bench is all kinds of faggotry
Steroids, use them
Program your progression better
Improve Bench form
Don't be a faggot
Same as you OP. OHP 60kg, Deadlift 180kg, squat 140kg.
Bench 80kg. Bench form is perfect as well, spent months perfecting it. Run the same powerlifting progression on all of my lifts, bench is just fucking shit.
I wonder if it has something to do with chest insertions.
This is my secret board. Normies can't enter.

How can people bring themselves to eat junk food?
because it gives you a massive dopamine rush
because its unhealthy so it tastes amazing?

this and this and emotions. also lack of education but i doubt theres many people in the world who can honestly say 'i didnt know i was supposed to eat 100% processed foods with no nutritional value'
Take the challenge
You can only do 5 exercises.
You can only use your own body, no weights or other tools.
What exercises do you do?

Actually that's my situation...
>>37034887
None

How do I fix a forward head posture? Even when I'm against a wall and make a "perfect posture" my neck / head looks like this guy here, which looks retarded. Is this even fixable, am I too long gone? How do I fix it?
>>37034858
I think you are physically locked in. Best you can do now is not allow it to get worse.

What the FUCK
it's all over might as well stop lifting breathing at this point, I'm a monster. I'll find a church and move there as a hideous monster
Do you have a bioenergetic chair op? This is important
Let's say a manlet can bench his own weight. If an actual human benches the same amount, are they both equally strong? How does the manlet phenomenon actually work?
In terms of absolute strength yes, relative strength no.
>>37034789
Wrong way around, I think. The heavier guy has better absolute strength but their relative strength is the same.
>>37034739
the human would be stronger technically but they are both are just as strong for their bodyweight

How do you feel to have been proven wrong you fat haters!
>>37034683
Thermogenic adaptation has long been known to exist.
Just increase lbm or decrease caloric intake, or eat at maintenance for a while to reverse the process.
Shit ain't rocket science.
>tfw was born a fatfuck baby, fat all childhood, obese adulthood
Been lean and stayed lean for over a year now.
No sympathy for the fatfucks or their "genetics"
>body senses weight loss
>uses dwindling fat reserves to open a wormhole and allow infinite calories out of nowhere so that weight loss has absolutely nothing to do with how much food you eat
Even if this were true, it would just make me feel even more superior to fat people.
Daily reminder to do your ki/chakra training /fit/
thanks op i almost forgot
I meditate the flow of chi in between sets
>that guy
Fuck you Gohan, you jobbing bastard. You gave up all your gains for business conferences. Can't even go mystic.
>tfw no matter how many years I lift I'll always look like shit until I stop half assing my
diet.
When I started lifting 5 years ago I thought I'd eventually just transform into being muscular and lean.
I got the muscular part down just not that lean.
Similar situation here, I can see a bit of my upper abs but eating is by far one of the most pleasent things that exist so restraining it doesn't appeal to me. Don't get my wrong, I eat healthy, sugar not even once, flour very rarely, just veggies, meat, fruits and nuts but I eat a bunch of them all.
>>37034673

are you atleast not gaining fat? if you're not gaining fat just add cardio on the side without changing your eating habits
There's 2 ways to create a dietary defecit and hey why not build some stamina while you're at it

Sup /fit/, so it's finally warm enough that I can go out tanning, but I'm not sure the proper way to get a nice even tan so am looking for advice.
A lot of online sites recommend a fullbody tan 3x a week, starting with conservative times (maybe 15 minutes) and progressively getting longer exposure. However, this feels suspiciously similar to SS, and seeing as how that's a meme routine i'm inclined to believe that an SS-style tanning schedule is equally memed.
So, i'm thinking of doing a bro-split tanning routine where I hit each bodypart with high volume UV rays (60-90 mins), probably getting a little burnt, but having enough time to recover by next week.
Monday: chest and bis. Easy, just lay on my back with arms in a hammer curl position. Long pants will be worn.
Tuesday: back and tris. Lay on stomach, arms in same position, long pants.
Wednesay. shoulders. Stand up directly under the sun wearing a bench shirt, long pants.
Thursday: legs. No pants, sweatshirt, work front and back.
Friday: arms. Tank top, long pants. Just walk around town.
Then saturday and sunday will be rest days where I supplement with aloe vera. Thoughts on my tanning routine? Pic related is the goal level of bronze.
I'm gonna make you cum tonight
Over to my place

>he thinks ss is a meme and not the second-best novice routine available.
Want to know how I know you are DYEL?
>>37034360
>Tanning for 60-90 mins at a time
Yes, that is a great idea, it won't take as long.
Why is it that legs grow so much faster than your upper body?
I only squat once a week and my legs are becoming disproportionately big compared to my upper body
Because the squat is the best muscle building exercise of all time
The bench press, deadlift and ohp, while all great exercises for upper body, don't even come close to how much mass you can gain from a squat for your lower body
Idk I have diamond calves but a beer gut
>>37034355
