Are you guys actual happy after you reached your prefered weight ? Is it just a meme ?

people say like

>It’s the experience of joy that you’ve known when something terrific happened
>like getting that job you were hoping for, how great you felt when you finally got the job you wanted
>or that great car you had your eye on
>or when you went on the best vacation of your life

You were tremendously happy, right? RIGHT?
>>
>>37046333

Yes, you are happier when you're fit. I was a fat slob for a couple of years, so I know.
>>
>>37046333

I was happier, though it definitely wasn't a lifechanging experience or anything.
>>
Yes, I feel normal now. It's wonderful. You don't really notice it in your everyday life, but you really do gain a lot of confidence and feel like you can do anything, go anywhere without worrying.

It's more of an absence of worry than true happiness, but it's great. Being fat really does drag you down. Even if you don't notice it, once you lose that weight you'll notice the lack of it (worry).
>>
I lost 90 pounds with DNP, then went fucking nuts with 2 cycles of Test and in about a year and a half went from ugly fat fuck to ugly faced hot body fuck. I finally felt confident walking out the door, and girls who used to not give a shit "Oh anon you are cute and such a good friend" randomly noticed from facebook and texting me and suddenly started jumping on the dick like crazy. I think it's half the look, and half the way the look gives you insane confidence.

So yes, I feel happy as fuck. After my ex and I ended a 9 year relationship where she left me for another guy, I made the commitment to never look like shit and fuck only girls twice as hot as her. You really do feel fucking incredible after.

Oh but god damn that body dysmorphia sometimes when you look the mirror and still see your fatass self.

Any pre dnp pics and after roids pic ?
>>
>>37046333
I am happier when I am at single digit BF because there is nothing good about being fat
>>
>>37046333
Hell yeah, bro. Like, I only lost 13kg but it's so fucking nice when your thighs don't chafe anymore and you can actually get away with wearing tight jeans. I know you shouldn't lose weight just for women, like, part of it should be for yourself, and it is, but at the same time, nothing beats that feeling when you go out in your best clothes knowing you look your best.

Also, not being out of breath from performing simple tasks is nice.

I was at 110 kg for the last few years, and have been obese all my life.
Today I'm down less than 86kg at 182cm and I look way better, have started dieting running and lifting as a New Year Resolution, people genuinely look at me like an actual human being and women don't look disgusted anymore when they see me. I even get occasional mirrins from time to time, I feel way more confident since I used to feel like a literal ogre...
Well worth it desu and it only keeps me even more motivated.

>more energy
>feel lighter, both physically and mentally
>smells better
>sweat less easily
>bigger cock
>can actually reach my prostate with my fingers
>respected by peers
There's literally no downside to losing weight.

guys, its not happiness what you feel after losing your weight.

What is happiness? how doyou define happy? If you guys are talking about what you think. See what you think. Smell, taste. Seeing yourself happy is simply electrical signals intoned by your brain
>>
>>37046333
Yes.

Not exactly the same but I went from skelly to /plg/-tier. I got complacent after a couple years and went back to drinking 3 energy drinks a day and dropped from 190lbs to 140lbs. I figured being /plg/ wasn't making my life better and I had reached the limit.

After about of year of feeling and looking like shit, getting winded as fuck from stairs despite being a skelly, couldn't do physical stuff with friends, I got back to it and feel good again. Healthy as fuark, eat like an animal and can fuck around with friends again.

Also, people really do treat you better when you look better. It's sad but very true, even from skelly to /fit/

i wouldnt know, was never a fatty but I know that you would be able to move around easier.

Every day stuff gets done more easily, so you are not fatigued every evening after 10 minutes of walking from work/school.

Yes, I physically feel better. More energy, better outlook etc.

Plus there's the "I achieved my goal" thing, that feels pretty good too. Literally no disadvantage.
>>
>>37049226
>its not happiness what you feel
>what is happiness?

How would you know it isn't when you don't even know what it's like to be happy?
>>
>>37049432
how to do it, guddamn, I know the answer is eat more but I systematically puke it up if I try to eat more than what I'm used to.
>>
It kinda made me depressed since it confirmed my fears that people only care about looks when suddenly everyone and their mom was nice to me or wanted my dick when before they would treat me like shit and wouldn't give me the time of day. Life really is all about the dice roll you got when you were born because no one cares about who you really are, only your physical appearance
>>
Well, I know I'm not happy now, so I don't expect to be happy when I make it there
>>
>>37050058
Milk with almost every meal and spread it out throughout the day as much as you can. After that just keep forcing it till you get used to it.

I remember when I first started I would have to get more hyped up for eating than actual lifting and try to stuff an entire pizza down by myself as fast as I could. You can buy a tub or 2 of weight gainer to get started but I wouldn't recommend making it a habit unless you're rich.
