How many males under 30 have either erectile disfuction, or premature ejaculation, or a combo of both? I'm 24.

I suffer from both, went to the doctor for viagra, but he refused to give it to me and instead gave me a referral for sexual health counselling. I've had 3 sessions but I can already tell that this is not gonna work.

This is basically my end goal and what I want to end up looking like. I've progressed from a 6'4 scrawny fuck at 130 and bulked to 200. I recently cut to 185 all within a year. I'm going to start slow bulking in a few days and start a 6 day ppl routine. Will be updating with my progress pictures. I still have a long way to go. Thanks in advance.

Yeah it's fun for sure, I stay at the gym way longer and through in a ton of extra sets just because I'm having a good time. I get really into my music and get super pumped about the workout. But usually I prefer to save it for after, then I can gorge on my post workout meal and play some cool vidya or watch something and just chill out.

Yeah you can get some shit chemicals like BPA in you from that. I'll reuse a bottle maybe once or twice and then toss it. Just buy yourself a bottle for like 7 bucks that is BPA-free.

Nah. BPA has been researched heavily and is fine at it's current levels. But if you get prolonged exposure, you can get fucked hard.
