Any body else part of this club? I do squats twice a week and my bench is still far superior. Any one got any tips? My bench is currently 225x10, but squat is only 225x4. I'm currently 6ft 189lbs. I also do leg press, calf press, leg extensions and curls.

why do you do leg press since you also do squats?
only do squats for 5 sets of 12,and once a week go for a heavy set of 5.also always warm up with 25 mins on the treadmill.

Brehs I have come a long way since coming on this board for the first time a while back, and even though I don't look any good by the standards of /fit/, normies think it's pretty good. I managed to lose 40kgs of fat, enter auschwitz skellington mode, escape skellington mode successfully and entered built ground. However there's an issue, namely I never outgrew the crippling autism that got me fat in the first place through compulsive vidya, movie and animu binges. I was completely isolated from society, and while this isn't obvious from my body any longer, I'm just as retarded and anxious as before.

There's also the fact that the people in my college courses think I hate them for some reason, that I'm aloof and feel superior to all of them because I have the highest GPA and am one of the 2 non-fat men there. Except for the girls, none of them seem to be able to stand me at all, but they come with a different set of issues for someone as detached from reality as me.

Normally, I wouldn't care at all, but one of the grills in my courses likes me. It is painfully obvious even to me despite my social retardation, but I do not know what to do. As a KHV at the age of 19, I realize it's time to act now or die a wizard, but this situation is completely alien to me, and the only idea I had was to ask for help here. This board made me make positive changes in my life once, so why not again?

I am moderately happy with almost all of my body. But despite my controlled diet, I just can't fucking get rid of this gut.
The only ab/core exercise I do that don't make me wish to die is wood chops, and they're fucking wood chops.
I try sit ups, leg extensions, hanging leg ups, but they all make me feel awful and I hate the fact that I need to rep that shit for so long to get anything out of it.
Are there ANY decent core/ab workouts that is weighted, not horrible, and works?

tl;dr ab/core workouts that don't lead to suicide.

My girlfriend dumped me about a month ago and I've been feeling pretty shitty about myself.
I've decided to completely change my lifestyle. Currently I do no exercise,
I'm 18, 6'2'' and 65 kg skinnybro
I have unlimited free time (gap year) and access to free weights and a gym. I'm willing to do anything to get incredibly ripped.
What should I be eating?
What exercises should I do?
