HI, I'm kinda bulking, but I dont know what to cook to bring at work.
Cause everyday of cold rice and cold meat (or fish) is not really tasty.
I dont want to use microwaves 'cause it kills the macro right ?

So, how do you deal bulking and working at the same time ?

wtf, no.

Here's what I do:

1) Cook a big meal on sunday
2) Store into single or double portions
3) Import this shelf of food into the community fridge (it's nice that only like 8 or us share it, and only half use it)
4) Place the portions onto the plates/bowls I brought in from home
5) Reheat in microwave (as necessary, some stuff is great cold!)
6) Eat. Do dishes before lunch is over

But then again I'm fine eating the same thing for a whole week. If you're not, you can still make a large meal on sunday, but freeze into single portions. Eventually you'll have enough for a daily rotation of delicous/cheap food that is at your caloric and macro goals.

PS - Get a slow cooker!

I don´t know what to eat for breakfast anymore. I can´t eat two slices of bread with some cheese everyday. pic related.

The thing is I need tasty food in the morning or I won´t eat anything in the morning. And we all know how important breakfast is. I am traying to loose by the way. So should not be bacon or something. Should be healthy and low-calorie.

Hey everybody, it's Jason blaha here once again *breathes heavily for 20 seconds*

And a lot of my subscribers having been asking about my deadlifts and me deloading for the 66th time this month.

What I have to say to that is, I'm getting leaner, stronger and leaner and stronger and leaner only running 1 gram of gear a weak while getting stronger and leaner while setting a ton of PR's.

And you have to realize, I'm almost 40 and have two birthdays a year for some reason.

The fact of the matter is, these aren't just deadlifts. They're fasted ketogenic defecit vampire rajon rondo inner city batista bomb great demon axe fresh veggie gave my girlfriend the dicking two times a day underwater NDAening no caffeine sleepless Benjamin button illumaniti not a powerlifter just recomping for yearsening meniere's disease deli style diddys.

So take that into account.

I hope that's been informative and I will talk to you next time, but let me give you guys a bicep shot before I go

How would you run a fat camp?

like a boot camp?
like a chemistry lab with knowledge?
like a rehab with padded walls?

something else?


I would run mine like a low security jail. Have the people sign waivers and such. Control their food intake. Have 3 hours a day of pure class room Nutrition education. Have them work in a garden, take them rock climbing and hiking on the weekend. Offer swimming, water polo, basket ball. Everyone would have a mandatory 1 mile run every day at 8am just to get things started. If they are to fat to run then its full incline on the treadmill.

Ideally they can loose 2lbs of Fat a week, so it would need to be a 10 week program to do any good. Set personal goals for them and minimal goals too. I dont think mental stress would help so I would try to make everything fun. Of course youre going to have the fatties that want to ditch out around week 2 so then you can amp up the Jail vibe a little bit, reward them for being active. Create a positive feeling of reward from health and exercise.

~66% of the time will be spent focusing on caloric intake, learning how to count calories and use scales and information resources. They'll learn how to make a lot of basic dishes, and portion control.

Exercise for about an hour a day, alternating between lifting and cardio.

Remainder of time will be spent doing leisure activities.

Water coolers literally everywhere.

The trick is to make it so when they leave, THEY NEVER NEED TO COME BACK.

It's a shitty business model, but any fat camp that just's about minimal food, lots of exercise, but permits them to backslide the second they leave will have godawful long term results.

I've been wanting to assemble a ghetto home gym, just a rack, somewhere to do pull ups and dips, bar, some plates and a pair of adjustable dumbbells.

Has anyone here had any success having the bar and the plates made in a steel mill or some shit like that? I know I can have the rack made if I give them the measures, but what about the plates and the bar? Here in Brazil they are very expensive to purchase.
