What do you do to combat everyday sexism directed at you?
I mean just because you have big traps and a firm grip as a man doesn't mean you should be subjected to all the gender roles of the 50's that men are stronk and may only be masculine.

On friday I weighed 175, naked. Later than night I binged on meth and fucked my ex for 8 hours. Felt fucking terrible the "next" day (wasn't able to sleep), and couldn't force-feed myself more than a couple protein bars on saturday. All the while shitting a lot like amphetamines apparently make you do.

My point being: this morning I weighed myself at 165 lbs. What the fuck? How did I lose 10 lbs almost literally overnight? Could the difference between not eating and pooping a lot have been 10 lbs? By now I'm mostly well hydrated, so it's not that.

I'm bulking - or was - so there was probably a lot of food/shit inside me. I'm almost paranoid that I got rhadbo and pissed out 10 lbs of muscle, but I didn't really get any symptoms of it.

I'm confused and would appreciate any advice. Meth's a nasty fucking drug, I'll never touch the shit again.

the exercises themselves aren't bad, and the program is great for absolute beginners (pretty light stuff, they tell you what to do and show you how to do it)
