Hey /fit/
I've been doing kegel exercises for a few weeks and I'm definitely getting stronger erections and lasting longer in bed.
I've mostly been doing 5 second and 10 second holds for sets of 5-10, but I'm wondering if there is a proven 'routine' to get the pc muscles super strong?
>>37351667
You're beyond retarded
>>37351667
Kegels are a meme that will ruin your prostate/dick/anus after a while. The people who praise them are the people who just found it.
Cardio + vegetables + noporn > kegels
>>37351667
I just do some random sets before falling asleep
Went from premature eyaculator to decent at bed ;)
Wtf is this /fit/
Is it meant to start this light? I made sure I entered my stats correctly. Ignore the date
...yes, read his fucking website god damn.
>>37351654
Yes. Just go do the workouts.
You're going to be adding 2.5kg every week to your squat. That's 7.5kg a week, and at least 30kg a month. If you're still complaining that it started too light in 3-4 months, then come back here and make this thread again.
>>37351654
Now do you understand why this routine's a meme?
>when you've turned 50 and accepted that only women under 22 are acceptable
>>37351426
Women age like milk past 20.
>>37351426
>tfw you realized it's a lot easier to get a slut of a girl friend at 50 than a 20.
God bless girls with daddy issues.
>>37351426
It's actually crazy how many girls I knew as a teenager who are 23-25 now and have declined so much.

Hey guys, here's a tip for ya.
I've done several programs over the last 3 years, and have stuck with push-pull for about a year now.
Here's something I've found empirically (i.e. I don't have theoretical backup for it, it just works).
Every 5-6 weeks, I take a week out of the gym and just do bodyweight 3-4 times that week.
1) Every single time I've done this (I think that's 6 or 7 times now) at least one of my major lifts progressed when I got back to the gym the following week.
2) Bodyweight week gives me DOMS like you wouldn't believe.
If you're stalling on your lifts, that might be something to try out. Sometimes less is genuinely more. I'm happy to share my bodyweight week program if anyone's interested.
>>37351173
Congratulations you just figured out what a rest/deload week is.
>>37351188
I know you're being sarcastic, but it actually took a while because I find it hard to make myself rest, and I believe many lifters are like that.
Also, it's not rest week if you have killer DOMS, so joke's on you.
>>37351173
What do you mean "just do bodyweight"?
What exercises do you do? I'm only just benching my bodyweight already and there's no way I'd be able to overhead press my bodyweight let alone do bodyweight curls. I'm 100kg btw.
>tfw you started going to the gym and slowly starting to notice progress
tis a good feel. keep up the good work m8.
>tfw you started going to the gym and to notice no progress
enjoy it, soon you'll look smaller and smaller
Hey, newfag here. I've read the sticky and kept lurking for past two weeks, but I couldn't find any advice on the matter I am interested in.
I am quite a typical case - an 18yo in need of some additional body mass. I am 6'0 and 140 pounds. Even though I don't mind being skinny as much, I think I could maximize my body aesthetics if I had put some weight on. I'd like to have arms bigger is circumstance, a little broader shoulders, more developed back and thicker thighs (don't really care about muh abs).
I've already gathered I need to start "bulking", however, I am unsure about the exercise.
I can't really afford a gym membership right now. I have a pair of lifting weights at home and plenty of time during the week. Where should I start? Can you point me at some workout plan reasonable for my purposes?
My goal is pic related, possibly minus the abs. Thank you guys in advance.
>>37350980
Try the bodyweightfitness subreddit, they have a very involved routine you can do at home without much equipment, though a pull-up bar will probably be a good investment.
>>37350992
Thanks, I'll look into it.
Bump for more replies.
So /fit/, I bought meme shirt. How badly did I fuck up?
>>37350971
That insignia wasn't used by Starfleet during the original series.
>>37350971
Which movie does captain america say this in?
Quite a bit, you're supposed to say you do some wii fit and play a bit of [safe sport like soccer | tennis | golf], not wear a fucking I'M LIFTING LOOK AT ME shirt

/fit/, is it time for me to finally move onto an intermediate routine? I am starting to fail more and more, progress is back to every second session. If so, which would be a good one to emphasise power and strength, rather than aesthetics?
Current stats:
Height 183cm
Weight 86kg
Squat: 3x5 @ 115kg
Deadlift 1x5 @ 140kg
Bench 1x5 @ 75kg
OHP 3x5 @ 50kg
Pendlay row 3x5 @ 70kg
Picture unrelated
>>37350835
How is your bench and OHP so low?
Your form on the other lifts is probably utter shite
>>37350868
I've always had shit shoulders due to playing a sport which requires a heap of throwing. The training volumes destroy all my gains
Changing routines becomes necessary when you're no longer making progress despite training as hard as you can, getting plenty of rest and sleep and eating well.
If you're doing all of the above and still struggling to add weight, change to a routine that adds weight at a slower rate.
If you could be eating more and assisting your recovery better, than its better to deload 10% and keep pushing for as long as you can.
If you want a good intermediate routine look into Hepburn. I've been running it for the last year and it's been a never ending gains train, no failure or deloads at all for over 11 months.
>Do whatever workout on a cut you were doing before.
>Don't do PPL on a cut!
Well /fit/? Which is it?
1x frequency master race here. Most ideal for bulking, cutting and maintaining.
2x frequency is for autist nerds who think of their body like a theorycrafting machine in an MMORPG.
>>37350851
1x = PPLxPPLx ?
2x = PPLPPLx ?
or am I missing something here
>>37350856
No you idiot.
1x you do bench once a week and the next week twice
2x you do bench and everything else twice a week

What kind of cardio I can do at home that can reproduce the effects of running(lower resting heart rate better sleep runners hight etc.).

Punching bag. One minute if that if youve never done it before is like jogging
>>37350585
I forgot to add that It should be without any equipment.I thought about doing these fitness blender video where you do exercises for 30-40 minute or they will not work in the long term?
