Guys, I think I found the real way to diet and be fit. So when you eat, you get more calories and then you use some and poo some out. So what if you eat your poo? Think about it, if you eat your poo, you can be be full, or at least somewhat full, without eating any new calories. Like, dogs and some other mammals can do it (cats and bears can too, right?), so we should be fine to eat some. That's probably an evolutIonary advantage. And if we for some reason can't eat your poo, then it sucks because that means even dogs can beat us on dieting.

It started as me following the japanese anime meme, but ever since then I really can't go back to a bed, the consistency is too nice

plus the extra space is great as well

It's supposed to be good for your posture and back, but I never really had those issues so I can't say if it actually helps.

Been switching between SL 5x5 and Reg Park's beginner 5x5 for 4 months.

Haven't done almost any push ups. Quit stronglifting, start hypertrophy training, suddenly look ripped and huge.

I doesn't actually matter (OP here). If you want to build strenght go for less exercises with 3 set of 3-5 reps, increase load. On rest day work on your posture, stretching, mobility, light resistance band training.

Don't ego lift.

But once you reach your strenght goal, go for fucking hypertrophy it's amazing.

I'm not going to ask the questions most summerfags probably ask like "How many years do I have to train to look this swole?"

Instead, I want a more precise answer--how many workouts do I have to do at what level of intensity to look anything like this literal demigod? Is this the 10,000 hour rule in effect? Or is it all just photoshop since very few people can look this huge in real life?

So /fit/,

I was lifting with my sis, also a /fit/izen and failed my 7th rep during dumbbell press. I drop the weights and one fucking dumbbell bounces like a mad man away from me, right onto her phone. Fucking hell, I'm never taking my own phone in the gym ever again. The phone was placed at what seemed as a very safe distance, 1.5m away from the bench to the right. Thank talos that she had pic related, it's not super expensive.

So, do you still take your phone into the gym? And did you ever damage someone's phone or got your phone damaged?

I gained between 7-5 kg during the past 9 months. I didn't notice it so quickly because i have changed my style a bit and been mostly wearing just skirts and dresses. Then I started a new job and had to wear jeans every now and then and none of my pants suited me. It was very depressing. I didn't feel particularly bad about my weight until my favorite vintage one piece swimsuit didn't suit me anymore. And some rather pricey summer dress. I of course went crazy and started to diet.

The thing is, I mostly eat plant based but I have days where i will eat over 2000 calories. I don't exercise at all, I do a short (20min) cardio session twice a week and I walk home from work.

The super weird thing is that i always used to binge on food. I had days when i had pizza every day and NEVER gained weight... but now out of a sudden (i had a lot of stress too, moved to a foreign country, new job, new apartment, new life) i gained weight and it's driving me crazy.

Oh, i am 163cm and i weight 62kg at the moment. I used to weigh for the past 10years of my life always 55-57 kg. And i am 23 years old.

Do you think i might be having health problems or are the occasional binges really so bad?
