Hey fuck you too buddy.
I always refuse potlucks at work and get shunned for it. Fuck your homemade mac and cheese casserole, barbara.
My aunt just got me a Fitbit Blaze as a graduation present because I mentioned to her that I wanted a watch that would count the calories I burn as I walk my dog and go running. This thing does way more than that, though, and it feels like getting an iPhone when I asked for something to call people with.
Are there any cheaper ones on the market? Should I return it, buy a cheaper one, and use the rest of the money on vidya or something? What do you guys think?

Are your reading comprehension skills really that bad?
Just appreciate the fuckinng gift asshole
So I really like lifting. Like, its really fun for me to get stronger.
My aerobic conditioning is absolutely shit though. I'd like to not be absolutely pathetic with running, but I have no idea how to make it fun for me. (It has to be running because bikes are shit for posture, and no idea how to properly swim OR cheap pools around)
How do I make cardio training fun in the same way strength training is? How do I even really start?
I have a feeling I'll just be fucking around if I "just do it", Id like to make improvement somehow for motivation.
Thanks guys. Posting your own "success story" would also be cool if you want. The more motivation the better, now is the best time.
i think the most important thing is to follow an actual routine
couch to 5k is pretty nice
or else you're just running around with no short term goal, that would kill my motivation desu
>>37766541
Couch to 5k. I did it last year and although my strength has gone down a little bit I lost 40 pounds and feel great. I only run 5 to 10 miles a week which is pure shit compared to most runners but is better than probably 90 some odd percent of the population. 'murica

Exactly.
What next after c25k? Any books on running training that are genuinely interesting reads?
Thanks
Hey /fit/, how do you cope with losing the love of your life? I've got an appointment on Monday with a shrink...I can't take it anymore. It's been half a year since she told me we should stop dating and just be friends...I've been dreaming of her every night...I've been thinking how to get her back every day...What do I do /fit/? I've been banging another chick all this time, even cried in front of her...Fuck I need her. Have you ever gotten an ex back?
>>37766476
bump
>>37766476
Let it go.
>>37766616
can't...
The other day I joined a gym and subjected myself to the personal training sales pitch.
They did kind of a pre-workout assessment on me, told me a bunch of stuff about my body, not all of it good. But they did say I have the right body type to make solid gains in a relatively short period of time. They also said that they could tell this, for one, by my calf muscles, which they said look good.
So /fit/ how much of that is BS sales pitch or is there something to it? Can you tell someone has potential by scoping their calf muscles if the rest of their body is covered in a layer of pathetic?
> But they did say I have the right body type to make solid gains in a relatively short period of time
Yeah, the right body. Call the ANYBODY
>>37766174
>>37766174
Called* fuck.
That's what I get for trying to be a clever dick.
>>37766174
that's what i figured they'd say i was like the perfect candidate regardless
Are my hips wide enough as to where I should just kill myself? Also BF %? (Inb4 100%...)
>>37766116
OP here... forgot to add I'm 191cm and 86-87KG
Just fucking lift and see where it takes you

Walk around for 3 months only on your tippy toes, guaranteed to make huge calf gains.
I walked on my toes for 2 whole months at home, calfs made big increase.
My calves and forearms have always been naturally ripped while everywhere else I'm weak and skinny.
Never liked it.
Alright /fit/ I have 1 week + 2 days before orientation, how do make myself look the best I can in the time frame
>inb4 you shouldve been lifting weights
I have been, but I still want to look the best I can i give me a good start
>>37765801
Cut to be vascular
>>37765801
start by fucking off
Dry up. Go sweat a lot and lose that water. Training won't do you much good in that short time. Also get a pump before you go there next week.
hey what the fuck is wrong with my back?
>>37765775
Stop making threads you weird fuck
you're skinny as fuck, that's what's wrong
>>37765775
what back?
Should OHP be performed slow and controlled or explosively?
Explosive push (doesn't mean do a push press - keep the body tight but explode with the shoulders)
Controlled descent.
/thread
>>37765774
>Controlled descent.
You mean the way this guy's doing it?
https://www.instagram.com/p/BHVROw5hRvu/?hl=en
>>37765808
That descent actually looks good. Didn't expect that.
I used to kinda just let it fall down. But I would get pain or at least weird feelings in my wrist. I believed it was due to the pressure of stopping the bar from an uncontrolled descent. Ever since I'm doing it more carefully it stopped.
where can i buy dnp?
from the dnp store
Find a DNP thread and go to the pastebin.
Or alternatively, learn how to diet without poisoning yourself.
Status on 24dnp?
Any good supplements to get a stronger, more ripped and powerful brain? Obviously protein is just for the muscles.
I feel as if I have a lot of memory problems, and feel lathergic most of the times. I attribute a lot of this to chronic fapping since I was a kid but I've been on no-fap since a couple of months now and making good progress there.
>>37765592
phosphatidylserine or glycerophosphocholine.
>>37765592
>Obviously protein is just for the muscles.
What? Every cell uses protein in their DNA synthesis which takes place in the nucleus. Also, neuro transmitters contain pathways for amino acids.
>>37765613
I'll take a look at those. Is lecithin important?
