I've been doing SS for a while now and it's starting to get hard and my rest times are getting very long too, but I can still progress I feel.What should I do?

Current stats:

5'6 Manlet
157 pounds

Squat: 3x5 @ 315
Deadlift 1x5 @ 390
Bench 3x5 @ 220
Power Clean 5x3 @ 200
The Press 3x5 @ 155
Weighted Chinup 3x8 +45 pounds
Weighted Dips 3x8 + 50 pounds

Do you just eat forever and grow bigger and stronger with SS?

So is the good old 500 calories deficit cut still considered the best way to go when shredding?
Ive been doing that for 4 months now and lost 8kg but its so damn boring, i wanna speed that shit up a bit. I want to lose like 4 more kg fat, is it a good idea to go for a higher deficit now and accept a bit more muscle loss, considering that i will soon be back in a surplus and can build it back up?

Just double it, twice the speed, do a 1000 deficit.

You'll get the cut done in half the time and you can get back to bulking.

So all this time I've been avoiding soy based foods. I thought that it was mostly broscience but it couldn't hurt to skip it.

I also hear similar things about dairy and meat. Again I assumed it was broscience but continued to drink tons of milk and eat lots of cheap frozen chicken, as they're cheap and tasty and full of protein. Then I found this study: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19496976

I've been dieting(was 345 pounds, now 280, still losing) and I've gotten a taste of this and fell in love with it.

Is it bad for you cause of the honey? Or is it still good for you? I used to eat al-bran cereal, but since tasting this I can't go back.

Should I give up on this? Or is it still fine even with honey?
