Alright so what do you guys normally eat for lunch? I was thinking chicken breast and brown rice with brussel sprouts but I can't think of many other things I can eat for lunch so I was curious what a /fit/izen may eat that is healthy.

First, there's NO difference between brown and white rice, I'm not kidding when I say that Brown rice is a meme. Google about it, the difference between both is negligible.
Second, brussel sprouts are fucking disgusting, why are you eating that shit?
Finally, there's plenty of other vegetables you can add to your lunch (spinach, kale, broccoli,etc). Or sometimes replace chicken breast for some kind of fish.

Omelette is always a good lunch. Rice and beans with mackerel works for me too. Both things work with spinach cooked into em or just throw it on the side fresh.

Hey /fit/ i wanted to know if this couch to 5k thing would work for me (a 17 years old guy that has basically done nothing but sitting in front of a computer for the last 5 years)

Is there any difference between running outside and running on a treadmill ?

yeah, it's a great program that gets you to do progressive interval training in order to build up your endurance. it's really easy to follow and it's only 3 days a week.

treadmill gives you less impact so it's easier on your joints, but most people can't run correctly on them so they wind up bouncing a lot which is one reason why you can run much faster on a treadmill than on a street. go with whichever is most convenient for you, but if you get into longer or more frequent runs you might get bored with a treadmill.

I think lifting heavy gives me hemorrhoids. How am I supposed to progress in the gym if I get hemorrhoids from pushing myself? Surely hemorrhoids aren't something all lifters have to deal with, right?

I used to get this. I had surgery twice. One doppler guided arterial ligation, and one excision. You either have the genetic dispostion toward hemorrhoids, in which case you should never ever squat again. Or, you have poor quality shits that have damaged your rectum- in qhich case you need to eat more fiber drink more water and squat when you poop.

My dad always has toilet paper in his ass since it bleeds after he shits. I think it's genetic, but it could also be from all the diarrhea I had in China. Do I really have to give up squats? I can't even squat 300, and my legs are my weakest body part.

If it is genetic, yes, this will only get worse. If you don't need surgery now, you will if you continue to squat. Instead of squatting now I just leg press, do bulgarian split squats, lunges, weighted hypers, glute ham raises. Its honestly not a big deal to lose squats.

We're all gonna make it, some of us are just gonna make it as Jorgon Von Strangle mode.

if you're going to give shit tier advice go all out:

-seek a woman's approval at every chance
-buy her lots of shit because this will make her like you more. even if you haven't banged her
-ask her lots of questions in general
-talk in a rapid, high-pitched voice
-make less eye contact than her
-be more interested in her than she is in you
-never escalate physically because women dont like bold men
-be completely honest so there is no mystery to you - so she can figure you out as quickly as possible
-hold the door for her, pull her chair out for her when she sits, always try to cater to her needs before your own
