I've just thought of something: so steroids put a lot of strain on the heart. Any roider's heart is struggling to push blood through their veins even when they're sitting on their ass and doing nothing. That's why they can't move very fast and start breathing heavily after walking a short distance. That's also why you don't see any roiders in porn: they'd get a heart attack in the middle of a scene. Going to be straight with you,I am damn poor in a third world country, can't work on my diet, eating rice and anything that makes me go through the day, i do a lot of exercise, but i guess due to my metabolism , i can't gain .
my nerves are all out popping on my body, due tom extreme body workout, but it can't add weight.
