Good for you that you started working out, keep it up. There's really no shortcuts in training, just stick to your routine and eat enough food.

Welcome /fit/. I'm 181cm, 80kg man. My thighs and buttocks are really big in comparison to the rest of my body. What should I do? Any exercise?

It's likely your body is just genetically predisposed to storing body fat primarily in these areas. This also means they are the last and hardest areas to lose fat.

Best course of action would be to do general cardio and strength exercises to lose fat. Be sure to eat healthy, eat less calories than you burn. Read the sticky.

Doing exercises that target your butt and tighs will strengthen those muscles, but unless you lose fat it will probably make it look worse

I have the same problem as op but store fat on my chest. It really sucks but I have already seen some improvement in my titties. I just focus on chest exercises and cardio with other lifting mixed in.

I want to fast for at least 20 days.

But my problem is that I must have lunch with my father from monday to friday.
I could choose not to go with him to the restaurant, but he would have to eat alone, so that will never happen.

This is not a ideal situation, but it is what it is, so I would like to know if I can still "fast" while eating 1 time per day, or I will be just fucking up my hormones/brain/etc and get no visible weight loss results.

I'm still researching about a solution to this, and I've read that if I really "need" to eat, that I should try to avoid carbs and eat only fat and protein.

The tea is out of question because that would be the same as not eating with my father, but I'm wondering if I order a salad with a steak that wouldn't have such a high impact on the fasting.

Jump rope for cardio?

Been lifting for constantly for a while now gone from 154lb cocaine user regularly staying awake from Friday till Sunday not eating just cocaine and alcohol to 200lb most of it muscle little belly but thought fuck it bulking

Lift 5 days a week, starting boxing on Saturdays but just wondering if jump rope is worth using for cardio? Done a bit with it at boxing and it knackered me right out

It's nice, you can do it at home, I enjoy it, we usually use it for warm up in muay thai. "Real" cardio training for martial arts is road work though. Still, I found that jump rope made get a good base cardio that made it easier to get into the other cardio stuff like jogging. Just make sure you jump rope at least for 20 to 30 minutes each session
