Is he natty?
>>39139245
He made a lotttttttt of progress in a year. To think G-off claims natty after lifting for 11 years and Connor has lifted for half that time and didn't start seriously until a year ago.
>>39139245
imo, noooope.
The delts tell all.
>>39139245
No.
What mode is this and how does one unlock it?
>>39139177
Flat feet mode. Not mirin.
6 months off SS then cut for 3 months
I feel bad for the guy for having such shit ab insertions
Is bulking after losing fat helps getting rid of loss skin?
Last year I was 370 lbs and now I'm 240 lbs. Each month I notice the skin more and more, and it's making me really concern. I know some people choose to pay for a surgery, but is it possible to have a good looking scarless body after the surgery? Cuz every photo I saw had some ugly scars and I'm not a fan of that. Help me guys, I have no one else to ask and I have 0 knowledge when it comes to fitness.
>pic related
Bump
I'm in the same hole and also interested.
I did notice that a lot of before-and-after skin reduction pics vary in how bad the scarring is. In some it's not much at all and in others it's a lot. I wouldn't be surprised if the quality of doctor you pay for is related. Truth be told, I'd prefer the scarring over the flabby skin either way.
>>39139356
If bulking would do the job I would happily spend a year working on it instead of paying for surgery. But I wanna hear what fit have to say
Any of you guys ever tried Shredz. I'm about to start it today, was wondering if anybody has success stories/arguments against using it
>>39138997
It's all the same shit in different packaging. What are even using? Preworkout, whey, fat burning wastes of money?
I will say the athletes they sign are fine af.
>>39139467
I got the basic 30 day for starters to see how it works. I bought it on sale for $125 but it seems to always be on sale, so maybe it is a waste of money who knows. I do know that starting it is a huge motivation for me though. I'm excited to see how I'm doing in a month
Their athletes complain a lot, usually about getting paid. And when you think brad with the 21 inch guns is writing you advice its really some chubby intern copy pasting shit to your email.

I have acne, not much zit but when I get zits it's in cluster (pic related)
My derm is willing to give me roaccutane but I heard it is pretty hardcore and it binds to your DNA, what are the long term risks when having children with the DNA shit and all?
Anyone who has taken roaccutane can give some input on this?
>>39138746
he's just retarded if he's giving you roaccutane for such a limited acne.
>>39138808
What other alternatives would I have to get rid of it?
I'm done dealing with acne at 26.
>>39138824
Stop being a bitch and pop the fucking thing
Also webm it if you do
How will vaping affect gains?
>>39138442
No. All the dick you suck in between puffs helps you meet your protein goals.
>>39138614
Thanks m8 almost worried i would get an actual reply.
>>39138442
Will cause weakness if you vape the stuff with nicotine in it.
These are identical twins with different athletic backgrounds, the other being a distance runner and the other a weightlifter (you can guess which is which). Now, the weightlifter doesn't just have bigger muscles but a bigger and broader skeleton as well, right? How old do you think he was when he started training if they're 23 in this picture? Assuming he's natty.
Also, here's Marco Pietrowski, the bodybuilder who became quadriplegic as a result of a car accident and lost most of his muscle mass - then and now. How come his skeleton seems so tiny? Am I wrong about the twin guy's skeleton being bigger or is this because maybe Marco started later? Do bones shrink when you're inactive?
Your lats prop up your shoulders, on top of having broader shoulder muscle
also he's clearly flaring on the top picture
>>39138438
he's clearly paraplegic.
ITS LIKE POTTERY
>that guy who wears basketball shorts to the gym
>that guy who takes a sip of water between sets
>that guy who arches his back then squat the bar when benching
How do I get a body like this without destroying my face with diet and roids?
excercise
run 5 miles 3 times per week ( medium speed )
and do weight lifting 2-3 times per week and you will be like this in a few months.
> good sportscentre will give you a training scheme.
>>39138412
don't eat alot and do shitloads of ecstacy, and be a grill
Do people count the bar weight when talking about bench press weight or just the plates on each side?
You count the bar. Also add 5lbs per plate because they weigh 45lbs without the hole, they weigh more with the hole filled in. With a 35lb plate add 4lbs etc
>>39138370
Troll post
But yea the 45lb bar counts
>counting the bar
Fucking estats, it's just artificially inflating your numbers to stroke your ego. Of course you don't count it.
Do squats really make you shorter, or am I getting memed on again?
>>39138316
depends. if you're young and your skeleton is till growing, ie 20 or younger, the pressure/weight can fuck up your skele growth permanently. i mean we compress throughout the day from gravity as it is and lose like 1cm-1inch, and then decompress as we sleep; if you add weights to this your going to compress more. idk how much is permanent that way though
>>39138316
They do make you shorter but don't worry:
You'll get back to your normal height as soon as you finish the exercise.
>>39138516
What the fuck is the point of cardio serious?
>Running is good
It hurts your knees bad if you do it wrong
>Lose weight
Eat a better diet
>Burn calories
Food is expensive why would I want to erase the calories I paid for
>You need cardio
Walking is cardio why would I need to run? We have cars for long distance
>Lifting isn't cardio
Squatting is pretty intense though don't see the need to run if I do squats
Why do you fall for the cardio meme /fit/
>>39138302
Sounds like you hate running not cardio.
I agree that running is the worst exercise.
I love cardio, though...
Barbell complexes and burpees are legit
>>39138302
(you)
Sprinting is some mad shit mate, fuck up ya twat
Any way to get /fit/ using dumbbells? I read that strength was the best exercise to lose fat and look good, but i dont have a bench press.
Is it possible?
>>39138269
yeah they're great OP, just pick them up and put them down
>>39138269
Yeh lift them homes, any general movent you can do with them do it, should make the weight as heavy as possible or it's literally pointless, I don't go the gym use dumbells push up with the weights from the dumbells in a back pack, and then pull ups. Done.
just get one huge fucking dumbbell and do one arm and one leg movements
>Olympic weightlifting
Ouchie
