How do I get a body like this? I've realised that I don't like the "aesthetic v-tape" bodybuilding look and want to go for a look with a bit higher fat percent but still looks big. I want to look big in clothes. Right now I'm 6'3 180lbs and dyel mode and I want to know what programme is the best for this. How long time will it take if I work out 3 times a week?

"Fighter body type" is bullshit, imo. But if you wanna look like a fighter, then... go train to be a fighter.
Most amateur fighters train an hour or two, 4-5 days a week, and don't really pay attention to diet or really do much lifting.
Then a few weeks before a fight they start cutting, aka starving themselves, and then as soon as they make weight the night before, they binge and try and get back their energy and stamina. The end result is a shitty physique that looks decent during the fight but that's about it.
Pro fighters are a little better, but not by much.
Just go join an mma gym.

For pullups/dips it's stupid to use instead of a belt. Only legit use would be push ups, but you might aswell do negatives or change the hand position to make them harder.

Me and wife had a baby 8 months ago and I wasn't able to get the gym for a good few months.
I've been getting to the gym around 5 times a week now for the past 6 months.
Began with 'bulking' heavy weights, low reps for some definition and protein supplement around twice a day, once after gym and another before bed.
I got the gains I wanted but due to lifestyle and job. I tend to eat A LOT of shit food I.e McDonalds, kebabs, service station sandwiches etc due to high pressure and little time to eat properly.
I'm well aware this is a major part of why I look like I do.
Recently I have started running around 5k every other day and I am skipping for between 3-6 minutes before a 2km warm up run before weights
I've started now (the last 2 months) to do low weight high reps curcuit training to cut.
I am trying to watch what I eat and stopped with protein as I want to try and loose some body fat.
This is the result so far, I've just done a drop set for my arms, hammer curls, bicep curls and triceps pull downs with a rope. Feel pretty good right now.
How bad do I look? How far have I got to go?
I'm a generous 34" waist but they are very baggy on me as I prefer wearing trousers around my hips rather than my waist but I believe I could fit into a 32" suit.
Be as harsh as you like /fit. I need the motivation.
