That is why you do both. Goddamn I hate people who think it's either-or. There's a lot of good calisthenic variations you can do to help yourself out and your lifts. Even calisthenicfags lift weights every once in a while.

How do you 'make' a gym routine. I've been going for about 3 months now but I'm getting so tired of the same old routine.
Any tips on what I should be doing? What muscles should I work together? What are good lifts?

Well, there's a ton of routines you can check out on google. You're a noob, but eventually you should come up with a routine of yourself that takes in consideration how often your can lift, what are your weaknesses, and etc...

Personally I do:

A)back/shoulders
B)legs/abs
C)chest/biceps/triceps
D)day off or cardio only

also since you are a novice, you can get away with fullbody training for at least a few more months.

splits are generally for advanced lifters.
