It's not a discrimination to pay manlets less money than their taller counterparts, in the same way fat women get paid less than skinny women. Taller men and skinny women just need more nutrients than manlets and landwhales. The additional income is usually allocated towards more nutrition and a diet suitable for a man of bigger mass. A manlet wouldn't eat a tall man's diet, or they would become obese.

Yes, seems legit. All of those exercises get your glutes, so it makes sense they'd improve definition there. I'd argue that there are better calf exercises than running, but that doesn't seem too important to you. If your gym has those fancy inclining treadmills, those are good for glutes+quads on slightly steeper settings.
I don't know how you carry your fat, but you can probably get away with a little more bulking than usual since it generally ends up on the hips and butt in women anyway.

So I quit caffeine yesterday and feel like crap. I was taking 300-500mg of caffeine before this "detox" or tolerance break. I honestly feel like not doing crap. I spend all day yesterday sleeping. I didn't even go to class. Today I am thinking of just doing a weight lifting workout and maybe swim but who knows how I will actually feel when i get to the gym. Is there any advice? Are any of you also taking a break from caffeine?

Yesterday I took a pre workout a coffee and yerba mate and honestly felt dizzy. I took it as a sign to quit cold turkey. It's also a good thing to quit for a while so you can actually feel it hit you harder when you start taking it again
