He went from skinny to fit, and now this?

Why do personal trainers have their clients do meme exercises?
>>39159481
Because of people thinking fitness is some mystery to unlock, not a simple concept that's difficult to execute. The stupid exercises convince them that they're doing something that all the dumb proles and meatheads are missing out on.
If their clients were smart enough to know they were doing stupid exercises, they wouldn't be using PTs
>>39159481
So they make linkted gains and they can milk their wallet. Also don't get taught much when doing the personal training course. You just learn basic 12 rep and pyramid set shit

Will I make it?
>>39158472
That has to be a fucking photoshop. Slenderman-ass looking motherfucker.
I think the 3rd reich ended many decades ago.
>>39158472
No dude, not by a long shot.
You're insecure and you need to make fun of people and their physique to feel good about yourself because your own physique isn't something that you can feel good about
You're never gonna make it
I have a serious question for you Burgers
I tried Tinder in Germany, with not much success at all. Sometimes matched with some cuties but mostly just fat and ugly girls.
Then I tried FakeGPS and went near some College in the US. Over night I got more then 100 Matches, mostly with hot chicks and a huge amount even wrote some shit first. Most of them even cleary went straight hinto a hookup.
I'm really curious, are US girls really sluts? What the fuck? I could go to the US and fuck until my dicks bleeds and here I can hardly get a new hot girl every 1-2 Months.
>>39158260
There are probably a lot more people over there, easily by a factor of 10, if not 20.
But yes, social media shit and the whole current generation lifestyle is literally defined by American girls.
Sei froh, dass es bei uns nicht so ist.
No. Judging from experience American girls don't have sex with anyone.
>>39158273
>Sei froh, dass es bei uns nicht so ist.
Ja das dachte ich mir auch. Wenigstens halten Deutsche Mädchen noch etwas ihren Wert

A place to discuss any and all ways, both mentally, physically and spiritually.
What are you current goals?
How are you going to achieve them?
What are the best things you've done for yourself?
How far have you come?
Any and all discussion relating to the topic welcome.
>What are you current goals?
30 - 60 minutes of exercise at least five days per week
>How are you going to achieve them?
Adjust diet, limit time online.
>What are the best things you've done for yourself?
Drinking a protein shake right when I wake up because I usually don't eat breakfast, but drinking my calories makes it easier.
>How far have you come?
Not as far as I'd like.
If I do all of these things, I generally have much more energy/happiness:
1) exercise at least once a day (anything from going to gym, running, hiking)
2) eat healthy (no sugar, limit simple carbs/processed foods like white bread, snacks, fries, etc.)
3) nofap/no porn
1. Work at least 35 hours a week.
2. Learn music production/adobe illustrator/Maya/zbrush/PS at least 3 hours a day.
3. Gym 3 times a week, doing SS with accessories.
4. Stretch/roll 20 min a day.
5. Take all my supps every day.
6. Eat as much as possible, train myself to drink milk over time.
7. Limit my dabbing to only after gym 3 times a week.
Hard goals senpaitachi desu
How much can you push press /fit/?
rn i can do ~ 30 lbs over bodyweight (195)
>>39153810
I don't know. I've never done a pushpress before.
>>39153810
I don't see the point of push pressing, military is miles better, push press is ego lifting, unless you are using it as part of C&J training
>>39153810
135×10 for strict ohh
195x1 on push press
Manlet 5 6 175
Alterntively, could we get an extraordinary /fit/ fashion thread?
I'm tired of visiting /fa/, their shit is too expensive and only goes well on people built like lamp posts.
>>39149024
No, those would make you look like an autist
Get stuff from lululemon, it's expensive but it lasts 5+ years and looks amazing on fit people
Absolutely, skinheads were /fa/ as fuck
the other day my friend's gf gave me a huge dose of pride in her and myself
She's always been quite heavy and I hadn't seen her in a while
so when I see her she tells me 'ever since we were at the bar and you were talking about how fat people disgust you, I started going the gym and biking and watching what I eat'
she's lost 5 stone and is still going
share your fatshaming successes /fit/, the world is gonna make it if we have to drag them kicking and screaming
I was fatshamed and I can't be more grateful for it

greentext?
>>39148957
Not him but
Once I tried to talk to a girl at my highest weight, and she just turned and walked away. In retrospect it's not too bad, but it hurts.
Also, you try to be as un-imposing and non-confrontational as possible, because someone calling you fat would just destroy you on the inside. So you end up becoming some 'jolly yes-man' which pretty much is a clown.
Not a great experience, I truly feel for fats nowadays, having experienced the world they live in.
A place to discuss beginner programs such as Starting Strength/Stronglifts and all the nuances and technical questions involved in starting out on your journey to fitness.
Anything that the sticky doesn't cover, anything about changing the program to your personal needs, and more.
To start things off, what is the major difference between Power Cleans & Rows in the two opposing programs? Which gives better results overall and which has better carry over to other exercises?
rows build the back muscles
power clean builds fuck all
>>39145531
>hips
>core
>traps
its an explosive version of a deadlift, thats like saying pendlay rows are worthless, just do bentover rows instead
>>39145531

power cleans build power which is essential if you are playing ANY sport
Has anyone gotten brown urine from working out too hard?
I got this, I worked out on monday and had extreme muscle soreness until yesterday (to the point where I could barely move) and I had brown urine.
The brown urine is gone now, but I've read that this is extremely bad for kidneys and may lead to kidney failure (or actually does in 20-40% of the cases). I've also noticed that I'm pissing way less than I should be, so I drank about 2.5 liters of water in 4 hours since I've woken up and I've only pissed about 0.5 liters and I've excreted some through the back.
Anyone have experience with this?
>>39159499
RHABDO
>>39159499
IIRC brown urine is a sign of having been injected with animal blood.
You filthy fucking fraud
Bruh it might be rhabdo. You're over training. Rest anon. It's good for your gains

is there a stream?
I need your help bros.
i started working out 3 months ago.
at the start of this month my shoulder started feeling funny, i didnt care i just powered through.
one day all of a sudden during bench press my shoulder started hurting really badly, like a sharp pain, i brushed it off and continued my routine.
i lowered my workout volume through these couple of weeks due to my shoulder still hurting.
now my shoulder hurts when ever i contract my deltoids or ohp or the like.
should i do some rotator cuff exercises?
should i wait it out and not go to the gym for a couple of weeks?
should i decrease my volume further?
help me /fit/, you're my only hope
>>39158005
Shoulder impingement?
>>39158085
yeah, i think it is something along those lines, but i dont know.
as i said, im pretty new to weightlifting.
the pain has gotten better since i decreased my volume, but its still really annoying
>>39158005
please /fit/, i need your advice.
found some stretches and exercises to relief shoulder pain/fix rotator cuff strain and the like.
they really did help, would it be okay to still lift if i do these stretches and exercises after every workout?
