Should I go to my urologist and ask him to give me a testosterone test? I don't feel like a normal 20 year old. I have the sex drive of an 80 year old man.

I did get a testosterone test a while ago and it was like 280

Yeah but it's mostly out of habit from when I was a hormonal teenager and had a crazy sex drive

I abstained from masturbating and porn for over a month and it did nothing for my sex drive

Is it possible to gain autism?

I had a pretty normal childhood with normal friends up until the end highschool. But the summer before uni I did nothing but read depressing literature, play guitar, and smoke weed alone in my room. As soon as I got to college I realized I had massive anxiety and basically spent the whole year as a shut in. Now I'm starting to get the creeping realization that people kind of treat me like a retard on the rare occasions I do speak (like during required group work or in this one club I joined). I also feel hyper-aware of the things I say if that makes any sense.

did my right shoulder yesterday, it was a long time coming.

left shoulder has been reconstructed a few years back - im gonna fuck physio off and just get the right one fucking done too.

how do i not waste away to punyboy status?

How long do you need to recover? Usually, in order to conserve muscle mass you would have to eat at a maintenance. That way when you hit the gym after your injury, you won't lose as much gains.

measure your legs. for the next 6 months all you trains is legs and abs. Dont squat, you will probably end up hurting your back. after 6 months measure your legs again. Also not a chance you will be keeping all your muscle. 6 months is a long time mayne. how did you hurt your shoulder?

Anyone smoke/dip?

Do you find it impacts your training in any way? I personally find that even if I pack a hogger the night before, my midsection physically feels like it's kinda more mush, and hard to keep a tight core. I feel like it degrades my health in such a way that is subtle yet cumulatively a net greater effect than any other drugs I do (and I do other, worse drugs lel). Yet there's a guy in our friend group who dips all day everyday, lifts 5x/week, and is pretty ripped. Did the tobacco gods just not choose me?

A week ago last Wedhesday my lower back experienced an event I suspect related to an X ray diagnosed mild degeneration of the first big disc at the base of my spine

It hurt bad for a day but when I woke up the next day my left shoulder near the base of my neck and involving at various times my neck and arm were in inexpressible , mideblowing agaony..

Yes I can find some position which allows a minimization of that extreme degree of pain but it hasn't reduced to any degree for now nine days.

No isurance and just lost my job

I have had a "crunchy" left shoulder for a long time . I sleep a lot on that side and am 53 years old.

Reading about shoulder pain I gather this can be a torn shoulder rotator cuff or possibly a trapped nerve.

If I take an extremely hot shower I can get a few hours of some relief but not a complete lack of some degree of pain.

things like getting up from a sitting position creates a tearing/burning pain in my shoulder


Can either of these possible causes heal on their own?

I was hit from behind by an SUV going 45 while I was stopped at a red light five years ago.. that was when I had the x rays..
