Anyone smoke/dip?
Do you find it impacts your training in any way? I personally find that even if I pack a hogger the night before, my midsection physically feels like it's kinda more mush, and hard to keep a tight core. I feel like it degrades my health in such a way that is subtle yet cumulatively a net greater effect than any other drugs I do (and I do other, worse drugs lel). Yet there's a guy in our friend group who dips all day everyday, lifts 5x/week, and is pretty ripped. Did the tobacco gods just not choose me?

I smoke, don't smoke before lifting and it doesn't really impact my lifting, cardio is pretty shit
