Alright /fit/, I've got 1.3 lbs of ground beef right here. What's a good meal to make that I can box up for the week? Last time I mixed it in with rice and broccoli. I'm looking for something a little tastier this time around but just as cheap and easy.

>corn starch

Brown beef (don't forget salt), drain 80% of the fat return the reserved fat to the pan and cook onions until they start to turn translucent. Return beef to the pan, add beans and spices / corn starch. Slowly add broth till you like the consistency (it'll thicken a bit when it cools)

Put on a tortilla, taco shell, whatever.

Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, salsa, fresh onion, fried egg, whatever.

I signed up to a gym but I feel like I signed up to a Goodlife membership today without any proper planning, I feel totally in over my head so I hope you guys are willing to help me out.

Can you guys set me up with multiple links to websites or apps you recommend for exercise routines, planners of some kind, and some stuff on eating healthy (because I do want to switch up my diet). I would like free programs but if you recommend paid apps or subscriptions I'll consider them.

I'm basically a chubby kid, I don't know my weight or my height but I plan to book a check up to find this shit out. I never really worked out outside of gym class but it was never extensive enough to see results and I never did any sports so I'm a beginner at this. I appreciate all advice

how do i into more pull ups ? so far i can only do about 4-8 with correct form depending on the grip. since i started b-bulking my numbers went down, but then again my other back lifts have stalled as well, now if i think about it my bench has been stalling as well for the last month, and my ohp as well. oh god

im telling you right now that thats the mentality that kept me from making progress. the pullup, like any other compound movement has a high capacity for progressive overload. i could do 9 chin ups strict and stalled for a while, but one day i took a 5lb dumbell and could barely do 3 reps, but thats ok because i kept adding weight. im currently at a 65lb chin up one rep max an i have a long way to go. pro tip: squeeze a towel or anything in between your adductors to activate your core more fully, and point your toes. this alone made a dramatic difference for me as i was no longer moving my legs as dead weight.

I don't know is this belongs here but I need help.

I kind of forgot where my jaw is supposed to lie, I literally had insomnio las night becquse I couldn't stop thinking about the position of my jaw\mouth and when I finally did fall sleep it was with my fave resting on the pillow so I now I don't know what to do.

I ctrl+f'd and didn't see a meal/meal planning thread

I wanna eat more healthful as a first step to greater fitness

Indulge me anyway, I just wanna start eating better and I don't mind eating almost the same thing every day. I can add hemp hearts, nutritional yeast, meat alternatives (Gardein beefless ground) and wheat gluten to my diet for additional protein, then protein powder when I start lifting

I thought it was kind've implicit. Usually I have carrots and an orange in the morning, and sometimes I have a package of berries with my cereal. I've never tried overnight oats before but I thought of throwing in a cup of frozen fruits.

Let me jump to the conclusion of assuming that nothing is natural. Not even people and rain water is natural anymore. Falling for the all-natural meme is like a reconditioning of an old clergy method of shaming people out of their self-actualization.
