hey /fit/ i'm having pain in my left collar bone when i do incline bench, i dont get it when doing chest press or flat bench. it goes away if i come back and do incline after the rest of my chest workout. anyone know why, or have it too?

That's not your collarbone, it's your rotator cuff. Do shoulder impingements with a long PVC pipe to stretch your shoulders, and do some face pulls to stretch out your rear delts for support.

Additionally, it make take 4-5 sessions of low weight resistance incline bench to finally get comfortable moving to higher weight ranges.

Want to get back to working out, the thing is I've been off the wagon for about 6 months.

tfw I could run comfortably for a couple of hours

tfw now I can go 5 minutes and feel like I want to fucking vomit.

How to get past that feeling of wanting to vomit in the initial stages? I'm not even that fat (have a spare tire though)... should I push hard and vomit or should I do baby steps and feel like a noob again?

Its definitely superior to a bike- air dynes last forever and they provide a better workout

What's the best cardio for a fat guy /fit/? I've been rowing for 25 minutes as a warm up before lifting but I'm feeling like it isn't getting easier

Fat fuck here. Do 35 mins on treadmill(3-3.5 speed by 7.5 incline), 10-15 mins in stair master(50-60 steps per min), followed by 10-15 mins on bike. I go to machine right after another to keep the heart rate constant.

Also so you won't get bored. There's lots of shit you can do for cardio, also lining up ur weight exercises helps, jumping from one to another no breaks between them.

What would happen if I started taking testosterone? I've heard that it can backfire if your body is not able to process it. Is there any way to circumvent this? I'm really low energy and I'm pretty sure low T is why. Was on a really bad diet a few years ago and the hormones in the crap I was eating gave me bitch tits and I hate it.
