Why my thighs hurt when I try to reach my toes? What can I do to get more flexible?

The front or the back? Quads or hamstrings? I have extremely tight hams myself (struggle to sit with my back upright and legs straight out in front of me) and all you can do is try to be more aware of your posture and eliminate any pelvic tilt when walking or sitting that will make your hip flexors and backs of your legs lock up. Try to envision your body 'hinging' at the hip rather than bending your back or do hamstring stretches with one leg bent first so you know what full extension feels like. Find a ballet barre and slowly extend your raised leg further and straighter away from you whilst keeping the standing leg and your hips straight/square

Lifting shoes has nothing to do with strength, they're just supposed to force your body into correcting your form; a lot of the cheaper shoes aren't even recommended for heavy weights

work on handstands, planche training, ring progressions, watch capoeira vids, try some breakdancing, learn shrimp squats and do box jumps
he doesn't have a particular method but creates programming on an individual level for insane prices
just try some movements you like and split up your days in a push/pull/legs method based around the movement patterns you learn
watch his vids, watch his student's vids and take some things you like then work towards them

To make meth first find a decent supply of adrenalin. If you have a hospital hookup or a job stealing their supply will work but if you don't some cold and nasal medication has a small amount that could be extracted.

Aesthetics and more importantly strength are improving at a great rate! But my weight stays the same? My diet is quite bad as in struggling to eat enough. 5 months lifting btw. What's even happening? Will starting to eat more change that?
