So, winter is coming and I know it's the perfect time to start bulking. But, I have a dilemma. i love my abs, and my veins, and my striations. I also recently got a gf, and she doesn't exactly understand the concept of why I would want to lose my abs. Should i just say fuck my abs and go full bulk? Or should I lean bulk just to sort of preserve as much of my abs as possible? I like my abs too much, and staying aesthetic is the best imo.....

so i always had a crooked back, S shaped with neck forward.
thing is, i was always super skinny so it never showed too much. But. now you faggots convinced me to go to a gym about 6 weeks ago and now after i gained my first 2.5 kg it started showing like hell
i look like a fucking pregnant male!

what can i do about it?

there is no "natural" way to eat as a human. Nature has no intent one way or the other. You are part of nature, and therefore you eating a slim jim and a coke is just as natural as fruits and berries.

I'm currently 4'11' and weigh 100lbs and I'm trying to find a way to get down to 90lbs. I've started drinking more water and I'm thinking about going vegan. I'm going to cut my calorie intake down to 800cal a day. Anything else I can do to lose that 10lbs fast?
