does anyone know why my feet would get cold after eating a meal that ISNT diabetes?
i feel like i was worried for a time that these meals i was eating was spiking my blood sugar and causing my feet to get cold/hot, but then i bought a blood sugar monitor and i just measured my blood sugar after a meal and its only at 130 mg/dl so i dont think its the beetus (thank goodness).
any of you guys know why this might be happening?

How the fuck can I stop my heels from coming off the ground?

During all of these lifts my heels come off the ground. On squats its when I go down, and on the other lifts it is when I am in the squatting position. Whenever I try to concentrate on keeping weight on my heels I get unsteady and feel like I am going to fall backwards

I am talking about when I initially bend down to pick the bar up, my heels are off of the ground. My whole feet come off the ground when I am actually doing the lift.
So guy told me that doing normal pushups ~ i.e.: hands spread out, hands closer in, alternating on knuckles ~ isn't good. "You'll only work out the lower part of your chest, so you'll have tits when you're older." How dumb is this?
I've been doing pushups for over a year now with no weights lifting and my chest looks amazing. He told me you have to do inclined pushups to balance out what muscles you work, but this seems like bullshit to me.
When I first started exercising seriously, my brother also told me that I shouldn't get into it because when I'm older, my muscles will sag and look gross or something dumb. I think it was because he doesn't exercise as much anymore AND is getting chubby/fat from overeating, which isn't really his fault in many ways.
Anyway, I know my brother was wrong, but how wrong was this guy about growing tits because I don't do incline pushups?

I would find your BMR (using the sticky) and eat around a few hundred cals over. 40% protein 30% fat 30% carbs. Drink only water. As for exercise do a basic strength training routine if you're new to lifting and run often. It'll be ok
