Proper exercise and diet will help it clear up.
I've always had acne, mainly face and shoulders, some upper arm.

If you're a pale motherfucker that stays indoors all day, trust me, just sunbathe. It should clear up after a couple weeks if you sunbathe consistently.

Most meats have hormones. Your body is probably more sensitive to these hormones, so they give you acne. Have you tried eating more fiber?

I'm a vegetarian and since switching, I don't get acne.
