I am normally prone to tendonitis throughout my body, but this is different. Had a PT make sure my form was perfect and it did not help.
Has anybody on /fit/ had anything similar? Should I rest for a bit and maybe just do some isolation exercises for a while?

Had the same issue when hit 200 lbs squat.
I did Starting stretching on rest days for 1 month.
Continued with linear progression afterwards.

They protect your knees primarily, bro. They keep you making gains for longer.
