I want to gain arm muscle. But I don't want to eat a lot of protein because I'm trying to lose weight too . I used to have a big body with small arms, Now I have a better body than I did before, but still have small arms. 3 days ago i did 70 push ups. the next day they weren't sore, until I did 10 lbs dumbbells (just have 10s) and yesterday my arm were sore af. I couldn't even move them so i didn't workout.
It's really embarrassing for me. i want to change that.
what else can I do to gain arm muscle?

What exactly causes the alpha beta dichotomy? The more I read the shit posted here the more I realize I'm a massive beta.
